South Charleston Public Library — Attraction in South Charleston

It's a nice library. They remodeled some after a roof leak.

But I miss the freegal service they used to offer. Not that big a deal I guess, just means you can't download music anymore.

Hoopla says download, but it's a temporary download or borrow imo. Also this library doesn't have cds to borrow anymore. I guess I'm old school as I'm not much of a streamer.

Best library ever. We come weekly. My 8 year old and 1 year old love it here, and we could spend hours here. The programs for kids are spectacular, and they put SO much effort into them. The librarians are all very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm proud to say this library has helped my son truly enjoy reading! Also, the resources here are awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff... However the hours have changed since last year and I was told by staff that at the beginning of each New Year they change their hours... I have posted a pic of thier new hours and I have tried to updated them online as well hopefully Google will allow my update... If not I hope this...
