The Polar Bar — Restaurant in South Charleston

Usually its execellent... but 6 times this summer I've ordered flurries..and I'll pay extra to get hot fudge added....I'll take one bite and hey...topping are never mixed in....I'll give credit if I come late at night and they are busy with baseball teams...but came yesterday...at 6 no was there...still nothing was mixed throughout...just three cookie dough on top...in past I've tried getting oreo...even mint oreo...wasn't even green...girl even gave me a rude comment as I was leaving...I always leave a tip too...and how about they quit giving out food to there friends at night....I see that happening at night at too...when I stop...

Highly disappointed in the polar bar today I got there with my children at 6:57 waited until the guy in front of me got his order completed then I get told that they are closed. Open signs were on and everything I get that u want to go home for the day but that's just a little ridiculous to send a local customer away that's standing there with 3 kids. When did customer service become a thing...

We love the polar bar, especially now that they accept debit cards. The ice cream has a good flavor this year and the overall flavor of everything is good. What I don't like, is that the employees don't seem to pay attention. They charge you for items, such as hot dog toppings and 50-75% of the time, you don't...
