Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Coventry Township

I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with the service at Dunkin’ this morning. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order for my son’s classroom party, requesting two and a half dozen customized donuts and 50 Munchkins. When I arrived, I was informed that Munchkins were unavailable and that they had been replaced with just one dozen mixed donuts without any prior notice.

This substitution was unacceptable, as Munchkins were a key part of my order. Had I known they were out of stock, I would have ordered from another location to get exactly what I needed. I tried contacting Dunkin’ through the app to request a refund, but I have received no response.

This experience has shown me how poorly this store is managed, and I am no longer interested in giving them my business. I hope Dunkin’ will address these issues to avoid similar frustrations for other customers...

Today was the first time I had been in this dunkin donuts since the old manager left, and it is a mess. All employees but the manager were rude, the coffee is severely burnt and tastes terrible, the employee making my sandwich had to ask what it was even though it has been on the menu for years (Big N Toasted), they were out of bags even though it was 10 in the morning on a relatively slow day, and the employee who wrapped my sandwich did so in a hurry, leaving half the sandwich unwrapped and not using tape to seal it shut. It came entirely unwrapped by the time he placed it into my hand (because they were out of bags). When I said "Seriously?" And asked him to re-wrap it, he ignored me and went on to make another sandwich. To summarize: terrible service, terrible coffee, bad sandwich, and no bags. 0/10 would...

If I could give this Dunkin Donuts lower than 1 star I would because it is without a doubt the worst Dunkin Donuts in America. 8 am on a Monday morning and no croissants, no Big N Toasted, no donuts with white cream, no onion bagels, no everything bagels, no chocolate milk or strawberry milk(I have two small kids), 1 white milk, no Apple Juice. To top it off we were second in line and it took over 3 minutes for one of the two working employees just to acknowledge the woman in front of us was even in the store. And they werent busy working. They were busy arguing with each other. We decided to leave without waiting around to see how much worse it could get and drove the 15 minutes to the Dunkin in...
