Spoto's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in South Euclid

Only two people in the bar and the food took over 40 minutes. Of course onion rings and fries were burnt to a crisp and when we asked the server said they just looked that way. She hurried up and charged my card when she saw how disgusted we were with the food. After she did that I wanted a full refund to which the manager said they didn't give refunds and I told him then he has a problem. Not to mention my 14 dollar medium well burger was hard as a rock. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Oh and I settled for a partial refund. Spoto's do better and polish up you can't give that food away and your customer...

Came here on a Saturday night after googling "Bar and grill near me.. Im glad I did! I had a Tequila Sunrise, Green tea shot, 10 garlic parm wings & fries.. Everything was great, if I could give more stars, I would! Bartender was really pretty 😍😍 and you could tell she cared about the customers having a good time! The food was good, when you order a basket of fries. You get a basket of fries. I enjoyed the loud music, but the country music was a no lol. Especially when you go from rap to sad country lmaoo.
