Couldn't wait to visit.Had tasted their wine at tower city All Star weekend. Made a stop to get a few bottles. When I walked in there was a lady sitting on the patio when I went in there was no one inside to help.I grabbed what I needed off the shelves and put them on the corner still no one came to help me I waited a few more minutes no one came I called the number on the card the phone rings through the Bluetooth speaker that was playing watch the lady on the patio look at her phone and then didn't answer. That showed me that she was not a customer. I went to her and asked her was someone working she went shebinside somewhere and preceded to continue her conversation. She finally got up to get someone to help me. Finally the lady came out the back to ring me up she was very apologetic about me having to wait. I bought the wine any way because the 2nd lady was sweet but I won't be back.It's just rude to make ppl wait like that but I guess that they are at that level that customers don't...

The owner is very sincere with customer satisfaction and that was her who came to apologize. When things are slow, it’s a great time to restock and get things in order. Unfortunately, the doorbell can only be heard when inside the winery, not in the basement.

The vibe is unmatched and the conversations are amazing. My favorite is the Cabernet but I’ve also bought the Riesling, Blackberry Merlot, Moscato, etc. and they are ALL fantastic.
