Bobo's Burgers — Restaurant in South Gate

I went there to buy chili cheese fries and chicken tenders. They took 20 minutes, and i thought since there is no one in line they just making them. When they put them in bag i didnt see them put in the fries tells me those had been sitting there. Sure enough when i got home not only the tenders were super crispy as when you re cook them and they were cut in half broken. When i started eating the fries the fries under the chili were stale and cold and hard, and seemed old. I think they were fries they had been there from earlier and just dumped the chili on top . Not only was the food BAD, the girl who gave me the ketchup droped it on my hand with an attitude and caused the ketchup to fall on the floor. I dont eat out a lot and i dont go to bobos, not even rarely but i was craving some chili fries. I was so dissapointed. Reminded me why i dont like to eat there and not to say not going back. Long wait time, horrible food and bad customer service. I never leave reviews, but i was so dissapointed in the food. Last night My girlfriend n I went there for First time there. I went inside due to drive thru was long but moving fast, I went inside the place, was very clean and the scent in the air smells like food, I'm talking about that kind of smell that makes u wanna eat there due to the smell, smelling that great. Employee Marisol greeted me with a smile. I ordered Chili cheese fries with pastrami, make sure the pastrami is cut up fine. Marisol was very nice and made me feel warm welcome, on the other side of the counter where the chef cooks the floor was clean. Employees Tony, Jose, J.R. and Julio spoke with a smile and getting drive thru food out. I wasn't in there no more than 15 mins. The chef made my food PERFECTLY, my food smelled good, Chili cheese fries with pastrami was ALOT OF FOOD . We got home, our food tasted GREAT, this is the BOMBEST Chili cheese fries with pastrami we've had in years. No we didnt finish it but we was nice and full with no tummy hurting. THANK YOU GUYS. I walked in to order to go, it's faster than drive thru. When the order was ready the packed in a bag and rolled it on top for me to grab it like a handle and walked to my car. A few minutes again I carried it from my driveway into my house just as I walked in the bag ripped from the bottom and my wooden floor was dirty from the chili fries, dressings, etc. Apparently he packed everything sideways and when I picked it chili fries box opened and it caused the back to rip. I went back and told him what happened and again he packed somebody else's did the same way, and I told him to have the customers hold the bag from the bottom and not to turn it roll it on top.
