I have been a customer since the day they opened. Today I experienced the worst customer service. I often buy meat from this store and today I bought chicken and it smell bad. At first I thought it was the seasoning but as I cooked one piece I seen that the chicken still smell bad. I taste a piece and the taste was horrible. I came to the store to ask for a returned or store credit and the owner came out and was telling that she couldn't give me back my money because I already had opened it.
