Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Hadley

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations you could go to. If I could give negative stars, I would. Go to the new one on Memorial Drive. There are maybe two staff that work here that aren't miserable and take it out on everyone else. I understand it gets unimaginably busy and overwhelming at times, but no one is forcing you to work there if you hate it THAT much. Nothing is ever made correctly, and if you try and bring that to their attention (because I deserve to get what I spent my money on, whether you want to make it or not) they get defensive and visibly annoyed. Trust me, I get it, I worked at the Big Y in South Hadley for 6 years, I know how some of the customers can get when it comes to their food around here, but you need to have a damn team meeting or something and be better. There are staff there that have been there for years, you'd think by now you'd want to have some sort of professionalism in the literal career that you're in. By far the worst Dunkin in the area. I’m not usually one to complain but I ordered online, a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and a coffee. When I got there over 30 minutes later the order wasn’t ready so I had to wait over to the side for 15 minutes. When I opened the order it was a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, they had apparently run out of the add ons that I had already paid for. The coffee also had a shocking amount of coffee grounds in it like the filter had fallen and they just didn’t care. I had to call since I was on my 30 minute lunch break from work and couldn’t go back since I wasted all my time waiting there. They said they would not refund the bagel add ons that I did not receive since I had already picked it up and I was trying to get a credit back on my Dunkin card over the phone. I don’t think I’ve ever been to this Dunkin’ location without my order being horrifically messed up. The Holyoke or Chicopee ones...

I wish I could post NO STAR! I went here yesterday and it took 14 minutes to get my order. Mind you, there was only 1 vehicle in front of me and 7 behind me. The first person waited 4 minutes before he was able to order then moved forward. I waited 5 minutes before I was able to order (hearing the girls on their headsets complaining about their job but not working it) I had to repeat the order 3 times and then repeated my coffee again when I got to the window. By the time I got to the window it had been 14 minutes. I had had about enough of repeating myself and when she asked me to repeat my coffee order again I asked her if the first 3 times wasn't clear enough. The girl gave me the stare down AND THE WRONG COFFEE and looked like she wanted to kill me. No wonder the police have to show up here on a regular basis. She gave me the creeps.
