This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my time. I walked in around 8:10pm only to be rudely acknowledged. "This WILL be to go. " a terribly rude middle aged woman talked at me. I replied telling her that I would in fact be ordering to go. She then mumbled in annoyance "what do you want" I asked if I could have a moment to look at the menu. Before I got the chance to glance at the menu, she made sure to let me know that all I could order was a cold sub, or what was lying on the counter in front of me. I was curious to know what time they were actually closing so I asked her. I was told in 'about 30 minutes' . When in fact, the closing time posted on the door (9pm) was 50 minutes away. Regardless of the time, all of their ovens and grills had been shut down, and turned off for the night. After being fed up with the disgusting attitude of this slob I turned and started to walk out. She made a smart remark to my back as I walked away, although I couldn't make it out. It took everything in me not to turn around and give her a piece of my mind. I went back to the car where my husband was waiting and told him about my short cut experience. He attempted to call the pizza shop as we sat outside, the lines didn't even ring. We eventually went to the Subway next door. This pathetic excuse of a pizza shop, and the way they treated me as a paying customer will never bring me back again. And I am hoping they lose business because of this. There is no reason to poorly treat the people who keep your business running. I placed a take out order and then went in to pick it up. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after they had already charged my card that the total seemed way higher than it should have been. It appeared that they overcharged my by at least $15. After charging my card they guy said "have a nice day" and didn't offer me a receipt, so I asked for one. It was at that point he looked back at the register and said something along the lines of "oh, oops, I may have overcharged you". At this point I was still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as long as he made it right. At first he said he was going to refund my card then recharge me. I said as long as I got a receipt that was fine. He gave me a credit card receipt, but not an itemized receipt. It was at the point that I pressed him harder and asked for an itemized receipt. He said that he only had one copy and he needed to keep it. It was at that point I flat out told him I didn't trust him and that I needed an itemized receipt. He finally gave me the copy he had and I quickly noticed numerous charges for items I didn't order or receive. He finally refunded me the overcharge difference in cash and I left.

Read moreWe went in for a nice family lunch. The service was terrible, all of the staff was grumpy and seemed like we were inconveniencing them by ordering food. The TV was tuned to some domestic violence show where every third word had to be beeped out. There are superfluous handwritten notes on paper towels throughout the restaurant making the space seem cold and uninviting, not to mention dirty and unprofessional. The dining room is not the cleanest and the tables are cracked, seeming to be in disrepair. The high chairs were very wobbly and would be terribly unsafe to actually use for live children. (This was all in the first 5 minutes, we have not even gotten to food yet!). We tried to order what we wanted, but was told that the toppings we wanted were in the freezer. Finally we realized that what they were telling us was that no one was going to go into the freezer to retrieve them, we had to change our order.
