Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Hanover Township

Morning crew is great! Never had an issue ordering before work around 7-8am, however any other time i have had awful experiences. I always mobile order my drink, and I always ask for no whipped cream as it gives me stomach issues. Everytime i have ordered they always give me whip cream and I don’t say anything to be polite. I went to this location today around 4-5pm. Today, I decided it was not worth the tummy ache and I could ask them to take the whip cream off for a drink i paid $5 for. My barista looked like a teenage girl with brown hair, and she seemed very upset that I had asked her to fix my drink. She removed the whip cream, but then proceeded to not re add my cinnamon sugar topping and caramel drizzle. I did not want to be seen as problematic and already felt uncomfortable because my barista had given me attitude about the whip cream, so I did not ask her to add them. Will not be coming back to this particular location , I have had no issues anywhere else. Personally I don’t think a bunch of unsupervised teenagers working anywhere is a good idea. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I consistently am disappointed by this place. The food and coffe is whatever, commercialized, I don’t go for flavor I go for convenience it is what it is. But the customer service is just terrible. Some of the kids that work there are great. But most of the time they are rude and condescending. They charged me for the wrong order and promptly fixed it. But that was after the window person told me that I didn’t order what I said I ordered as she tried to hand me a hot coffee. But I bought the munchkin bucket for my son’s class and then the strap broke so I had to get back in to ask for another. She then told me that the straps are all the same. I had to explain that the peg that goes into the bucket broke off. (The buckets should be assembled by the Dunkin employee in my opinion, not handed out the window with the strap sticking out of the top for us to assemble) it just really put me off to this dunkin, like many times before. I will drive the extra couple minutes to Starbucks for coffee from now on. Hopefully by the next time I need donuts for something they’ll have made...

Edit: Owner just got in legal trouble for breaking multiple labor laws. That absolutely explains this place. The crew won't be happy and helpful if their boss is trash. Original review: Awful. Made simple iced coffees with milk wrong multiple times. Didn't know what was in our order (look at the ticket?). I asked about an allergy and an employee told me with an attitude that we would "be okay", so I had to press to have someone check (it wasn't okay). People who ordered after us kept getting their drinks before us. Filled our cups with milk and water and decaf. I asked for a remake and this time they filled most with milk and the rest with decaf. But we ordered regular. Also, the donuts were salty. F this place. The employees are rude and can't read. Worst Dunkin I have...
