I was very respectful to Ashley Manager.I asked Ashley.you go back and Forward with a customer. Ashley started being rude, yelling, screaming Being very disrespectful.I told Ashley I am Going to call corporate office on her. Read moreLast week we had a quarter pounder with cheese that was pink! Today we used the mobile app to order, waited over 10 minutes for our order and then half of it was wrong! No cherry fanta slushie, no Dr. Pepper (we got 2 diets), and the new chicken sandwich I ordered was literally a piece of chicken 2 buns and 2 pickles and it costs $4.79?! I tried to call 14 times and no answer and then it just didn't ring anymore. Inside of the restaurant is closed, so why do I have to go through the drive thru and explain myself and then wait just as long for a cherry slushie? They need more competent people who are knowledgeable working there, it's a food line people and the drink machine basically loads itself all you do is push a button! Read moreAttitudes of the workers at the second window is horrible rushing and act like they dont wanna be at work and very rude pushing the bags and drinks at you I understand its a drive thru and you have times you need to make i worked at mcds for 8 years but still made sure my customers interactions were pleasant and they last 4 times I’ve been there during breakfast ive ordered thru the app and twice my frappe has not been able to be made but no substitute was offered or nothing the third time i waited amost 20 mins and when i got it it was made wrong but i got no apology nothing and today was told id have to be pulled while workers are standing around on phones and the lady at the second window was rude I really hope this changes and yes I understand everywhere is short staffed and i an patient but this seems to happen everytime...
