Santini's Pizza And Wings — Restaurant in South Haven

This place has sadly went downhill in my humble opinion. Last time my family went in was the last straw. The older waitress is never very attentive and gets overwhelmed super easily,, but this visit was terrible. My child spilled their drink and her fix was to hand us a few extra napkins. Didn't help wipe up and didn't move us to a different table, so we all sat there with a puddle of soda at our feet. Then we hear cussing and screaming from in the kitchen, which sounded like 2 males fighting.. I took the kids to the car as my friend paid the bill. They didn't apologize to him about the commotion or even actually mention it even but he asked if everything was alright back there and apparently someone took an order for something they were out of which cause a bit of problems. The food is always really good, whether we eat in or dine out. My advice?? Save yourself the hassle, annoyance and drama and...

The first time I ordered the buffalo chicken dip was amazing!! I ordered tonight, 5 buffalo wings and another buffalo chicken dip. I was quoted about an hour for delivery, delivery took maybe 10 extra minutes than what I was quoted. No biggie. (: but when I opened my wings there were a couple blonde hairs stuck to the chicken, and my dip was cold. I called to ask about a refund and the owner was instantly on his way out the door to come refund the cash I paid! I told them I probably wouldn’t order again due to my issues, but every restaurant runs into an issue like this at some point and they handled my situation with urgency and care! I will give it some time and try again...

I'm not sure where all of these great reviews are coming from.. I ordered the Italian Sub, which I had to substitute the Canadian bacon for extra pepperoni. It comes with Ham, Candian Bacon and pepperoni, Canadian Bacon tastes exactly like ham, and they don't carry salami? Even Pizza Hut carries salami. Regardless, the curly fries I ordered instead of the fries were... Soggy is the best way to put it. I also asked for French dressing for my side salad and it came with ranch. My father ordered a cheeseburger and fries and got onion rings. Really the incompetence level is...
