I throughly enjoyed the food. I cannot pronounce the type of empanada that I had. It was extremely flavorful and honestly it was amazing!? I sometimes hate trying new places in Salt Lake because I hate being disappointed and have wasted my time & money…

The food truck is in great condition and looks to be well kept & very clean. I’m 6’5 and I could easily see clear inside the workstations and everything was as clean as could be. .. which I definitely appreciate. I also really appreciate that I did not get hit up for a tip after ordering when I went to pay. (Why places feel entitled to ask for a tip before you have ever even had a chance to take a bite is crazy!) Again, extremely refreshing!

The romana is unbelievable!

Make sure and ask for a sauce. The sauce that comes with the carne momida is THE proverbial cherry on top. With that sauce I'd eat my shoe.

The sauce is heavy on the garlic so if that's not your thing but for me is spot on delicioso!

It's an absolutely great first timer option.
