I went in and they tried to short me on drinks as "the machine was not working properly". I asked for my money back (if the machine is not working properly, I cannot trust drinks from it - especially now). They told me that there were no refunds, until the crew called the manager. I did get my money, but despite being firm but polite, some other customers accosted me and cussed me out in the parking lot. I was not barking at anyone, just standing up for myself. The manager admitted on the phone that the drink dispensing was probably operator error. The manager was polite, I was firm but polite, but the other customers did not help at all.
Notified the RI DBR of the machine operation issue and the issue of "no refunds" without any posting or advisement. There is something funny going on here and there is reason to fear that customers are in danger of getting sick...
Read moreCame here twice over the summer, each time in the month of August. Each time they didn’t have water or Gatorade, which is fine since life isn’t perfect. However, rather than just letting me swap it for some other comparable drink in the fridge, the manager tried to get me to call the app for a refund (there is no way to do it on the app itself). When I asked why I couldn’t just swap something else, I was told it would screw up their inventory (as if I or my thirsty kids in the car care, and wasn’t inventory mismanagement what caused this in the first place)?
Anyway, the lack of an accountable manager and the lack of a drive thru will cause me to permanently skip...
Read moreI ordered a coffee and an order of bagel minis for curbside pick up. After 15 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long, and it turns out they didn’t have any bagel minis. The girl that helped me with my coffee told me she couldn’t refund the bagel minis she didn’t know how and to call Dunkin corporate. Extremely poorly handled. I don’t care about the Bagel minis, or honestly the three dollars I’m going to lose out on, but the fact that they let me just sit in my car for 15 minutes directly in front of the store knowing what I was waiting for and not addressing the problem...
