Aleko's Catering — Restaurant in South Lyon

Aleko's is a South Lyon landmark and institution. If you're going to get carryout or catering in SL, you go to Aleko's. Aleko's, unlike cheap chain restaurants, cares about its product. Dough is made in house (pizza and bread sticks), food is never frozen, salads are always prepared with fresh ingredients. With over 25 years of catering experience you can count on Aleko's to nail your graduation party, wedding, birthday party etc.. I've had Aleko's do my kid's birthday parties and my own graduation party. There is no other place i'd go.

Unlike cheap chain restraints like Domino's or Little Caesars, Aleko's participates in the community. Mark (owner of Aleko's) is always trying to give back in whatever way he can. He is very active in the community and knows most of his customer's on a first name basis, not the experience you get from a cheap chain. You don't just go to Aleko's for the food, you go there to support a local business that has served its community for nearly three decades.

Again, the food is outstanding and always fresh. The owner genuinely cares about his community and giving back. You can count on great service. If you're going to order carryout or catering in South Lyon (they also deliver catering out side of South Lyon), there is no other place to go.

A HUGE THANKS to Mark and his team for the boxed lunches this past Saturday. Mark was so friendly and efficient during the entire process. The curbside pick-up couldn’t have been any easier. They brought sacks of food and COLD pop out to my car. I didn’t have to lift a finger! The presentation was great! Colorful plastic containers let you see exactly what was included: a large wrap, chips, cookie, pasta salad and fruit cup (extra add on by me). Each container was marked for turkey, ham, etc. The food was very fresh and delicious – especially enjoyed the tasty pasta salad! Yum! I was asked for the name of the restaurant multiple times. We LOVE Alekos! We have used their catering services for a wedding rehearsal dinner, baby shower, graduation, high school sports banquets and even to feed our daughters volleyball team for away games! Food is awesome, prepared perfectly and they always let us use their catering serving supplies for our events. We also frequent Alekos for sandwiches, pizza, ribs, salads and of course the AMAZING breadsticks!
