Snotty man. Bad attitude. Rude. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Had nothing do w that except mgr never did call me. So ck ur facts. U also never bothered call n cancel appt n left me hanging most morning, which is rude and unprofessional at best. Also, i was never informed by u or mgr i have pay wiring into my condo til yesterday. That they only pay hook up antenna. Mgr uninformed asst said assoc pays. Better get ur facts straight as i was 1 informed wrong from get go. U also need stop being rude people not mention big mess u left basement regarding my ceiling tiles. U also would never get dime my money 4 anything. 4 small business owner amazes me ur still in business. I outta know since my work life centered working small business owners, most whom were tad like u, guess what all but 1 r still business. Rest bankruptcies due know it...

Will try and get you to pay for more things you don’t need , about a year ago I had Jim replace a hard drive , charged me 140$ to take out the old hard drive , I brought a brand new one and he plugged into 2 cables and decided to charge me that outrageous amount , now that I know how to work on computers I would never go back to him , again I called to ask if he could replace 3 laptop keys to my laptop . Then he proceeds to try and get me to replace the whole keyboard bezel which from my knowledge I know is not the case and he wants me to spend more money to do something that would be a quick fix for a computer guy not costing more then 40 bucks especially if I provided the keys...

My phone charging port stopped working after being caught in a rainstorm last week walking my dog. Jim said he could take a look and just like magic, his method of cleaning/drying the port worked! He had me be sure by checking that it would work in my car, and when my cord didn’t seem to work, he had one for me to use and purchase there. Friendly, fast, affordable, and reliable repair technician! I will recommend to anyone having an issue to see if Jim can assist!
