My coworkers and I had our Holiday Luncheon here on 12/08/2022 @ 11:00am. We were a group of 12, the food was decent and the service was ok initially. After lunch a few of us wanted dessert so I ordered for us. I ordered a Sopapilla for myself after looking at the menu. On the menu a Sopapilla is described as a flour shell fried and topped with cinnamon, sugar, and honey. The waiter brought my order out and the Sopapilla had chocolate on it which is not listed on the menu and was not indicated to me by the waiter prior to ordering. I'm not able to eat chocolate so I asked the waiter could he make it without chocolate as I would be unable to eat it. He blatantly said, "NO." I replied to him that I could not eat it and his reply was, "SO, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT." In a very rude and condescending tone. He then just looked at the plate and walked away. It caught everyone off guard at the table and we all just looked and could not understand why he was so rude. I went to speak with the manager about it and point it out to him that the menu did not indicate that the dish had chocolate on it. His reply was also dismissive. He stated, " Well, we put chocolate on it but I will make you another one." After, they brought out the dish my appetite for it was ruined and I was just ready to go. I couldn't even enjoy it, and ended up leaving most of the dish there. The service was off putting. And I never will come back here. There's definitely other places I'd rather spend my money. Places where customers are respected and spoken to...

Beyond disgusted. We ordered meat for Christmas eve. We were quoted 90.00 total for a 1/2 tray of ground beef and 1/2 tray of Chicken. Husband picked it up and they charged us 140.00 total. I called once husband told me the amount once he got home and when I explained the situation I was first hung up on. I called back and was told to bring the food back and they will take back 1lb of each meat and only charge us 90.00. First off... GROSS and that has to be some kind of health violation, you are asking for the meat back after it was already in someone's house and car. Guess they were going to re-use it for other people. Secondly, if they were in the wrong then why should we have to come all the way back out and be inconvenienced for the meat to be re-used. I asked for both the man who took my order and a manager and was told neither were working. Now that I know they will reuse meat and treat a customer that has been to that establishment quite a few times, I will make sure to tell as many people as possible how disgusting that place is. It makes me sick thinking I might have eaten meat from another persons house or plate. Yuck. Will never return. They made the mistake but the customers pay the price. ...

I would leave a zero if I could. I ordered the Birria meal which I split with my friend. They were nothing but street tacos. Not dipped in consume or fried on the grill. They were soggy corn tortilla’s wrapped in foil. I have had this meal on a previous visit and it was delicious! Nothing like what I was served today. Beans and rice had zero flavor and consume was tasteless as well. I called the waiter over and he saw me and completely ignored me. Finally my friends adult son called him over and this time he asked us if there was something we needed. I explained how the last time I ordered these they looked like Birria’s , showed him and he made up some story saying “you needed to order “Quesco Birria’s”. Excuse me? The owner even came over and said the same thing. The food was disgusting and I will not go back. A complete waste...
