Decided to give it a try again after not having it for many years the other night because a friend talked me into it. I was scared to try their 'new' product because someone I know that works for their taste testing lab for new products told me 4 years ago it 'wasnt worth your money'. After 4 years I needed something new and decided to give it a try and it was just like she said, completely horrible! Pizza sauce is like nonexistent...pretty much red water with green specks in it. No flavor. Pepperoni was on the crust and even underneath the pizza slices. The dough is like cardboard, It has absolutely no reheat value, and the pizza wasnt even stretched round. I guess they make oval shaped pizzas now. Pizza was thin in the center with a huge puddle of grease. Worst pizza I have ever had and I have worked in the industry for 15+ years at many corporate chains and brick oven mom & pops shops. The old product was better. It seems as if Dominos should listen more to their taste testers in their product lab and stop focusing on the cheapest and fastest product to get out the door. I'll stick with the other 5 pizza chains in SL and New Hudson. I'm baffled at why Dominos is so popular and why the Leaders at their HQ approved this product when their own testers in their labs gave...
Read more8/10/2021.. today I used dominoes as a last resort because other pizza places were not answering phones or delivery time was way too long. I do not make it a habit to order from Domino’s because they have changed the way they make their pizza and the quality of their pizza they should’ve stuck to the pizza they had in the 90s, but with that being said I called to place an order they told me they had a large three topping special I placed my order to find out two large three topping pizza delivered was $40… Since win is to three topping pizzas delivered $40 not to mention the quality of their food is not that great and definitely not worth $40. I would much rather have frozen pizzas them pay $40 for what they’re selling. Then they told me with a coupon pick up only it would drop it down to $16.70 so without a coupon and delivery they’re charging double? They’re not Topping pizza by no means. Very discouraged by this. I understand businesses are trying to make up the lost revenue, but at what cost? $40 for 2 3 topping pizzas is just absolutely absurd. Definitely will not be going back to...
Read moreI've given domino's a lot of chances over the years. Finally decided to try it again for the first time in years. This location gave me high hopes at first with a decent pizza. So a couple weeks later we ordered again, but big failure.
I ordered online. Pizza and Parmesan bread bites. The pizza had cooled off, but that sometimes happens with delivery. The bread bites were hot and fresh... except the bread bites were missing the parmasean and garlic seasoning so they were just plain flavorless bread hunks.
I called the location to complain about the incomplete bread bites. I used 2 different phones (calling 3 times total) but in all cases the phone at their location was jumbled and choppy like they were driving through a tunnel. I couldn't understand them at all. I was unable to rectify the...
