On the night of Saturday, May 30, 2021, I went to the bakery on Coral Way and 78th St., at 10:50pm. I was there with my 70 year old father and my 14 year old. Upon arrival my son set on a table with three chairs, since I had to do the line to do the order. I was in line for 25 minutes before I could order. The lady taking my order happened to be the cook, since there was so many people there, and the lady that usually takes the orders was busy with others customers. I come to the place on a nightly basis since the pandemic started. I don't understand why most of the time, there is only one person working the front. Furthermore, when there are two, they can't even sufice the demand on their own.Why don't you have more people working? On the other hand, while my son was sitting on the table with three chairs one of the old men that is always there at night took the chair away because he had to sit down, and didnt even ask my son if someone was sitting or going to sit there, but when I got there with the food he didnt want to give it back, so I may sit down and eat. He wasn't even consuming. On a nightly basis, I see how people sit around on the tables, take the chairs and are not even consuming a cortadito. They're just loadering. I dont think any is right. You should have more staff working at night, since you have such high demand. The poor ladies working there try to do there best. Also, the people sitting outside should be consuming not just sitting there, because others also customers do go to consume, so they have all the right to sit down to eat whatever they...
Read moreI replaced the 3 stars with 1 star. Today, again, the music volume is way too loud. You can't hear when the staff calls out the number of the next customer waiting for service. When it was finally my turn, another customer and I(plural, more than one) both asked the staff member if they could lower the music volume since it was very difficult to hear. She was very helpful and went to the kitchen to let the manager know. She returned shortly thereafter and informed us that the manager said "the music volume was low"! I think the owners of Vicky Bakery need to give this manager a reality check. If the customer is concerned or complaining about anything at your business, they need to address the situation to keep that customer happy. There are numerous bakeries in the area and I can take my business elsewhere. Unhappy customers = Loss of revenue = Loss of job and eventually closure of business. If you you really value the customers opinion make sure you actually listen to them. He could have easily turned down the volume, it should not take an act of Congress. By the way, you're still having a fly issue inside the bakery. That's disgusting. On a positive note the food taste great except for your pastelitos de queso. You should use a better quality cream cheese so it doesn't look good and...
