On the night of Saturday, May 30, 2021, I went to the bakery on Coral Way and 78th St., at 10:50pm. I was there with my 70 year old father and my 14 year old. Upon arrival my son set on a table with three chairs, since I had to do the line to do the order. I was in line for 25 minutes before I could order. The lady taking my order happened to be the cook, since there was so many people there, and the lady that usually takes the orders was busy with others customers. I come to the place on a nightly basis since the pandemic started. I don't understand why most of the time, there is only one person working the front. Furthermore, when there are two, they can't even sufice the demand on their own.Why don't you have more people working? On the other hand, while my son was sitting on the table with three chairs one of the old men that is always there at night took the chair away because he had to sit down, and didnt even ask my son if someone was sitting or going to sit there, but when I got there with the food he didnt want to give it back, so I may sit down and eat. He wasn't even consuming. On a nightly basis, I see how people sit around on the tables, take the chairs and are not even consuming a cortadito. They're just loadering. I dont think any is right. You should have more staff working at night, since you have such high demand. The poor ladies working there try to do there best. Also, the people sitting outside should be consuming not just sitting there, because others also customers do go to consume, so they have all the right to sit down to eat whatever they...

I replaced the 3 stars with 1 star. Today, again, the music volume is way too loud. You can't hear when the staff calls out the number of the next customer waiting for service. When it was finally my turn, another customer and I(plural, more than one) both asked the staff member if they could lower the music volume since it was very difficult to hear. She was very helpful and went to the kitchen to let the manager know. She returned shortly thereafter and informed us that the manager said "the music volume was low"! I think the owners of Vicky Bakery need to give this manager a reality check. If the customer is concerned or complaining about anything at your business, they need to address the situation to keep that customer happy. There are numerous bakeries in the area and I can take my business elsewhere. Unhappy customers = Loss of revenue = Loss of job and eventually closure of business. If you you really value the customers opinion make sure you actually listen to them. He could have easily turned down the volume, it should not take an act of Congress. By the way, you're still having a fly issue inside the bakery. That's disgusting. On a positive note the food taste great except for your pastelitos de queso. You should use a better quality cream cheese so it doesn't look good and...

Let's start by saying! Cao Bakery in general is an amazing place. To buy your much needed coffee in the mornings. In other words your octane, energy booster. Whatever you may want to called it! Specially starting your day early in the mornings. Is the perfect place to buy coffee and much more. Me personally I extremely love Rosy's personalized service. She really makes you want to stop by every single day. Rosy makes the most wonderful coffee. Just right! With that amazing balance of sugar coffee not being to cold or to hot. I always love the ability of her making coffee. Even though she makes several portions during the day. My coffee always taste the same every single time. And for me consistency is very important! As well as great service provided by not just Rosy at the window. But by all of their wonderful staff at all Cao Bakery locations. Thank you Cao Bakery! And of course their staff. Those hard working people, that wakeup really early everyday. To make such amazing food and coffee. Especially in this tough times of pandemic. Always welcoming you with a big smile! And ready to help you, Their are essential workers also. They sure make a difference when it comes to good service. Again, Thank...

I just picked up my order to go about 30 minutes ago. I asked for scramble eggs with American cheese on top, toast and Café con leche and a Guava & Cheese Tequeño . 1-No cheese on my scrambled eggs. 2- The toast wasn't toasted I don't think it was put in the press because the bread wasn't flat. 3- The Café con Leche I asked with little sugar.! When I tasted it it was loaded with sugar and light. I asked for medium dark not to much sugar.! 4- I asked for a Guava & Cheese Tequeño and it wasn't in the Bag but I was charged $2.25 for it. 5-No utensils nor napkins like I'm supposed to eat it with my hands.! I placed the order over the phone with Yudisleidy G. In Spanish and in detail she even corroborated that order was correct. I picked it up silly me trusting that the order was ok, I go about my way.... When I get to my office in Downtown nothing was right about my order.! I called back to CAO Bakery 5 times and it rings and rings and no one picks up.! So disappointing because that is my go to place for breakfast amongst other things..! 👎👎👎

. I accepted an order and went to pick it up, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I was finally told they didn’t have the ingredients to complete one of the items in the order. This should’ve been communicated upfront, rather than making me wait around for so long. As an Uber Eats driver, time is money, and situations like this hurt my ratings and earnings. After the delay, I simply asked for a small item like a cookie to make up for the lost time, but the staff refused and wouldn’t offer any form of compensation. I was told, “you’re not the customer,” and dismissed. It’s really frustrating when a restaurant accepts an order without ensuring they have the ingredients available. It would have been a nice gesture if they had at least offered something small for the inconvenience. Drivers rely on efficient service, and this situation only caused unnecessary delays. Please ensure you have the ingredients ready before accepting orders to avoid inconveniencing both drivers and customers.
