My son Loves their subs especially in SM because they always have soft & fresh bread. My experience was not the same this last purchase. Usually I don’t eat Cousins with a low carb life choice I decided on a BLT sub in a bowl. I’ll start off by saying it was the worst “salad” I’ve eaten. The lack spring greens was a disappointment, spare me a hand full of greens, w/a ton of white onions that totally overpowered everything else. Next they put what should’ve been a cold salad in with hot subs & the hot bacon in full strips directly on top of the greens which made the whole salad Hot! Lastly I got horrible heartburn from it. Nope not goin to be eating a “sub in a bowl” again. The price ya pay also is ridiculous for the size of this salad. Absolutely the WORST Cousin Subs Ive ever experienced in my life!!! They can never get my order correct, even if they read it back to me. The managers at night don't seem to care either. I've brought back subs which they said they made, which were wrong, even according to my recipe. I've tried to give that location many chances but after being hung up on while trying to make a call in order... Final straw..
I don't want anything for free.. Lets get that clear.. Im a former Cousin employee and it really sucks to see such a terrible location such as the Grant Park South...

I order from this place very often, I really like this location because they are fast clean and very welcoming. One of my favorites places to order food. The stuff is just great especially the manager Thomas. He was very friendly understanding, working things out in a timely manner even though I had to order super large orders and actually I am surprised how they never ever messed up an order even when I had to order for 1100 people.
