WHAT A JOKE!🤣🤣So I decide to stop at Little Caesars in South Milwaukee tonight for a couple of orders of crazy bread and a cheese pizza. A manager takes my order and tells me that it will be ready in about 15-20 minutes. I go back and sit in my car for about 25-30 minutes, I walked back inside and one of the employees asked me the name. I tell them my name he looks at the screen and says "Well looks like your order isn't going to be up for another 20 to 30 minutes because I don't have it here in front of me. I'm assuming it must have been a problem with the computer and NOW he sees it which is why he gave me a new time so I said oh okay, but you have it in front of you now right? I mean you know what I ordered right? Raising his voice he says, No! I guess you suppose I'm just supposed to abracadabra have it ready for you right!? I asked him to calm down and tried to explained to him that I was in there because the MANAGER who took my order told me it would be finished in 15 or 20 minutes not that I was being impatient, but before I could even do that he starts yelling for that same manager to come up to the front to "handle the disgruntled female up front". As I am explaining to the manager about how I was just coming in when he told me to the same employee is in the background singing do do do do do do do do mocking me. The manager assured me he would "talk to him". I mean I don't know what he's going to talk to him about he obviously doesn't even have any respect for him. I understand that a lot of places are short-staffed so they just let employees do and say whatever they want to customers, but I can guarantee you that you cannot do and say whatever you want to ALL CUSTOMERS. I for one I'm not going to physically put my hands on anyone for a cheese pizza, but I can guarantee you if my son were with me he would have handled that employee for disrespecting me the way he did. I did not deserve it. I came in there with the utmost respect and people really need to watch the way that they talk to people because not everyone is going to quietly walk out and complain on social media instead 100%! I'll obviously...

Orders kept being piled up on their prep table but not a one was put into the pizza portal for anyone waiting. After waiting for an hour with literally a dozen other people wondering where their orders were, people there from doordash trying to use their codes on the pizza portal but the employees could not be bothered to update it for anyone to use their codes to pull their orders out requiring them to wait on the frequently missing staff. The same employee asked what my name was and searched around to find they had tucked it away elsewhere a while ago and had been done since I got there, I could feel the lack of warmth on my now overdue order soon as it was handed to me but did not wish to complain or ask for a remake as I doubt I'd even have gotten it within the next hour.
Absolute failure of a location, I see people in reviews had the same experience as I did. I question where any form of oversight and leadership is for this location as the failure lies there, you've got employees that clearly have no idea what they're doing, nobody tending to the front unless a guy starts yelling about where his order is.
Is this the experience Little Caesars wants it's customers to repeatedly have? When is the last time anyone regional or corporate came to audit or perform a quality assessment? If your employees repeatedly cannot figure out how to put a pizza box into a warmer for people to self-service and leave with their orders, and you've months of comments and reviews citing the same thing, then it is an absolute failure on the franchisee and the company as a whole for not stepping in to correct. How much did Little Caesars spend on NFL adverts again? Yet you can't be bothered to fix up one...
Read moreI usually enjoy picking up Little Caesars Pizza as a quick and easy way to get out of making dinner but lately this store in particular has gone way downhill. I have always been pleasant and patient with this place and am by no means a difficult customer anywhere I go, however, my most recent visit led me to believe that they actually don't want customers to purchase their food at all, I was greeted immediately by a snarky teenager with a chip on her shoulder who was apparently offended by my existence. rung up my order way too fast, then didn't know how to void out the incorrect order, immediately cried out that she must get her manager, ran to the back to hide or something, sending the manager up to the cash register. Upon meeting the manager (who's name I will withhold), I was met instantly with yet another standoffish and generally poor attitude, lacking professionalism entirely , she proceeded to aggressively cut me off and correct me when I apparently mixed up the "sauce" and the "dip"... never had this issue with this place before but okay? I know what you're thinking, it's just a Little Caesars- but seriously I've seen weekend warriors at McDonald's with more professionalism than this 60 something year-old woman. sh**y Comfort food is supposed to be just that-comforting, I don't wanna leave the store feeling guilty for making them do their jobs, which-by the way, it wasn't even busy at the time. I'm not holding this place to some unrealistic standard but when such crude and impolite people are working directly with customers, surely youd have some degree of concern over it.. the pizza itself isn't terrible for what it is, but it seems like every time I've gone in there, it's different people, and the general attitude has gone...
