I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the waitress, Tammy, we had. My husband ordered a long island iced tea when we got there and sat down. She made a comment that he was irritated with her for asking to show ID. He was not. She made a couple other comments throughout dinner, barely checked on us, and REEKED of cigarette smoke. First and foremost, the staff was wonderfully polite and friendly. Genuinely welcoming. But the food was not good. The French Dip Philly had almost no flavor, except for the au jus which was basically just salty. The ribs were like chewing pencil erasers. Ever heard of "Fall off the bone tender?" A bit out of the way for me, but I thought I would give it a try. The same frindy service like their Kirtland location. It's obvious the management is similar with a focus on quality food and being friendly. I dined in the back room and it was a little chilly on this day.
