Wendy's — Restaurant in South Sioux City

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, but not the one in South Sioux City. I went there a couple of days ago. First of all a girl comes out over the speak asking what I want. I tell he , a guy takes over. He asked me what I want again I said I just told the girl she didn’t hear you so I told him what I wanted again pretty simple Dev double meal medium with lemonade that’s all it was it so I get up to the window and another guy asked as I’m driving up to the window. The girl says don’t crash and anything that’s why I thought she said I got up to the window. The guy asked me I’m sorry would you order again? I was the only car there. I was the only person the only customer so I told him again what I wanted I said by the way what that girl stated me over the speaker he said she didn’t say anything I said yeah she sounded like she said Dan don’t crash and everybody laughed and he said oh they were just working in the kitchen and they were teasing each other. I said OK we pull up as well. Can I get my credit card back? Oh yeah well they brought the food out. I took pictures of it first I threw the took one french fry. It looked like that order of french fries were from 10 different cook times they were dirty. They had different levels of grease on them. They were just horrible. I took one I ate it unsuspectingly and looked at him. I dumped him out the window right when I got in the Walmart parking lot I opened up the what was supposed to be at Dave’s double it took a picture of it. Wendy's on Hamilton Boulevard whenever I go there if I go through the drive up the employees that are on the drive up have always been so kind patient and understanding because I'm a senior and I'm a little slower don't understand everything and they help me understand and go from there but I'm sure they're being pushed like a dog inside to get me moving but they have pleasant voices and everything is positive about that person as far as the rest of stuff I gave fours on it's just cuz I don't go in very often because it's like you just don't feel Pleasant but the food it's good except every time I can't have pickles and certain things on my sandwich because of my kidneys it's like a hassle to them because I got to make a special order and I'm not supposed to have salt on my French fries and oh boy don't say that the manager and Cooks I go out the window but otherwise the drive-up window employees are very pleasant and yeah I do enjoy the food but I wish I could have it my way but with my third stage kidney disease got to...

Everything about this place is the worst, not just the worst Wendy's, but the worst fast food place to go to. If you want fast food, go ANYWHERE but here. It would be quicker to make a reservation somewhere and eat in than it would to wait for them to take your order. I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes when the person in line hadn't even ordered yet. I go inside, and the kiosk won't let me order my food, so I go to the front counter, and they do their best to ignore me. When i finally got Miguel's attention, he never even looked at me. He just said he was way too busy to take my order now and wouldn't be able to take it for another 10 minutes. I went there for breakfast at 10am and had to leave because they couldn't even take my order before breakfast ended. I was thoroughly disappointed and it's frustrating going to a place within the time frame for breakfast and not being allowed to get breakfast because they won't even try. No way they could be that busy on 4 orders for 30 minutes, that screams...
