Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Uniontown

Just had the worst experience with speaking with one of the managers on the phone at this little Caesars. I just got to listen to my boyfriend pretty much get bullied on the phone. Completely unprofessional female manager Didn’t get her name because I was too appalled to even ask. For some Background, my boyfriend has worked for this Little Caesars before and did not leave on bad terms also knows everybody there and was simply trying to get rehired because We are trying to make ends, meet and support my little girl. At first, they were all about hiring them back the general manager known as JP Told him he had no issue hiring him back and as long as his background cleared, he would be able to have the job. His background is clear since He has worked for the job before and has been hired by them before his background should clear. Apparently it didn’t for some reason and they’re just claiming now it’s because they just don’t wanna rehire him no other specified reason. They have been avoiding him, dodging him and now belligerently rude to him. He’s been nice the whole time patient and trying to be cordial. It was completely misleading and rude. And again, I cannot express how horrifically rude. This female manager was on the phone. We asked for the general manager “JP” She proceeded to ask who was calling, Which is we all know is not common practice for fast food employees. To me, she was told to look out for the specific person calling and to not allow him to speak to the GM. Completely unprofessional, rude, and annoying to say the least. We will be calling corporate on the matter because regardless, if you like somebody or not or want to tolerate somebody or not, In a manager position or any position of power, you are to uphold a certain credibility. Well the credit card machine was down the three people that was working there were overwhelmed with a very very very large order. I ordered 2 deep dish cheese barbecued wings which you should bring back the Teriyaki they were the best and I also ordered a order of breadsticks into marinara sauces. I was told by the girl that took my order it would be 10 to 12 minutes I said okay well the girl that took my order she ain't left so there was two people and after being there 10 minutes the one girl walked around and told the pizza maker hey I need to deep dish cheese not pepperoni so we had to remake the deep dish cheese so I waited for that which they never told me I just overheard him. When my order was finally done she handed me my pizza my wings and she said I'm sorry we forgot to make your breadsticks would you like to wait for me to make them for you or would you like to take the order of cheesy bread that's already made I asked how old they were because I've been sitting there for a while and I didn't see any be put in and I took two cheesy bread cuz I wasn't going to wait longer for the breadsticks to be done. Well the cheesy bread was hard. Will not be back if they're going to take a large order like that they should bring somebody else in to help or get the girl that left to stay longer very...

I ordered an extra most bestest cheese pizza and it was overdone, burnt in some places and tasted dry to the bone. I tried eating it and couldn't get any further. Also got crazy bread which was also dry but otherwise standard. As I said and as you can see in the photo the pizza is burnt and the cheese barely covers the pizza in a lot of places. Not to mention my order took 20 minutes to get from the time I ordered. They did seem to be busy at the time and I was told I would have a 10 minute wait but I waited more than double that. The inside of the building is dirty, greasy grimmy and generally not appealing to the customer. Needs a deep cleaning. There is nowhere to sit while you are waiting aside from a tiny ledge infront of the window that is rather stiff and uncomfortable. I watched several employees handling food products such as dough, sauce, and toppings with no gloves or any proper sanitary items. Deeply dissatisfied with this experience.
