Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Windsor

This has to be the nicest interaction I had in a very long time during my most recent visit to a fast food business. On a bright Sunday morning, I headed to the Dunkin' Donuts near me to pick up some breakfast for myself and a few pals. In addition to receiving excellent customer service, alongside to treating me with respect, a young man by the name of "Arsh" took the time out of his day to get to know me as a person. This young man not only brought such a good name to his Dunkin' Doughnuts, but he also made it an area where courtesy and compassion are shown. As someone who has frequented many and plenty of fast food restaurants, I had never had anyone ask me about my day and even give motivation to help me get through the day. I really appreciate this kind interaction as we don't receive it...

Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts for the Croissant, egg and cheese deal (minus the bacon) but the lady at the register wouldn’t honor the sale price without the bacon... WTH? I don’t eat pork due to religious reasons... but the lady at the register apparently didn’t like me... whatever.

Every single Dunkin’ Donuts in Chicagoland offers the deal without bacon. It saves in their bottom line! Less overhead! Come on!

Apparently the one in South Windsor is a bit racist to those who don’t partake in pork products. Anti-Semitic? Islamophobic? First Amendment? Regardless, my hometown DD just lost...

Purchased a 2 for 5 B kfst sandwich deal then proceeded to order another a d was told they carried veggie cream cheese and could spread it on the two sandwiches but it was an extra dollar. I've worked at dunkin and not once did we charge 1.00 to spread creamcheese. I understand it was just the way it was put across too me so the lost a possible two sales. When you train for dunkin they teach you to smile always and remember you make or break the customers day. I was not too pleased...but who know could have...
