To be honest. I really don't like to leave bad reviews, however when appropriate people need to know the truth for their own protection. My family and I ordered a very large assortment of food from here tonight. Got all the goods home and started to open all the food up. It was quickly discovered upon opening the chicken fried rice there was a ciggerette butt in the food. A nasty smoked ciggerette butt in our food and in another container hair. Luckily we discovered this before eating any if the food . We then called the restaurant to let them know about our findings and to notify them we would be repackaging all the food and bringing it back for a return, and a full refund. During the call the woman who works there stated she keeps telling them they can't smoke while they are cooking. And even preceded to yell at the cook. It didn't sound like she got far. When we arrived back to the restaurant for the return the woman met us outside with our money because there were people in the restaurant whom I am assuming she wouldn't want to know about our incident. The cook apology was stated as he through the ciggerette butt out and it must have accidentally landed in the food. Very reassuring to me that this is just an accident and okay by some type of means. Really, this is just plain disrespectful, to its customers. Well you make the choice if this is the type of place you want to spend your hard earned money on. As for my family and I. We will never. I wish you luck and thank you...

Although the primary accessible entrance is not the front door, I think that's ramped as well, and once you're inside it's easy to roll from one area to another. Most of the seating is booths, but there are a couple tables to accommodate larger groups or those for whom booths are problematic. Add to that a bathroom that's more functionally accessible than 90% of other places I've visited and it's no wonder why this is one local business that is quickly becoming a...
Read moreEgg rolls were soggy and under-cooked. Chewy rather than crispy.
General Tso's Tofu was terrible. The tofu wasn't fried. Rather than a crispy exterior, with a soft interior, it was just a squishy mess that was all stuck together. If you try to separate the cubes, all the batter comes off. It's supposed to be spicy, but there was no seasoning at all. Very disappointing, because I had it here years ago and it was pretty good then.
Vegetable Lo Mein had few vegetables and a mildly unpleasant flavor. It was all dried up. No sauce at all.
