I never leave negative reviews … however, I felt the need to share this complaint as this entire transaction was unsatisfactory. I ordered a tall iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso on my mobile app and arrived in the drive thru line at the same time that the app said the order would be ready. When I let the barista know over the intercom who I was and what I was picking up, she advised my order was still being worked on and to pull around. There were two cars in front of me also waiting on their order. By the time I made it to the window, the barista advised that I must’ve been at the wrong Starbucks because she doesn’t see my order. So I advised her I was at 6830 Getwell Rd which is the location on my mobile order receipt. She asked another employee through her headset to confirm this was the address of their Starbucks (which is odd to me that she wouldn’t know that seeing that she works there). Then she asked me for my receipt and what I ordered. So I showed it to her from my phone and she said that’s odd because there isn’t an order for “my name” there. So then she said she will just make it and then turns around and says oh wait never mind I spelled your name wrong …. And I’m thinking how could you have spelled my name wrong if it came through the mobile order. As she handed me my drink I noticed the cold foam had melted by this point due to not getting my drink to me in a sufficient amount of time. So I asked her for more since I paid extra for it. She tells me they used the last of the cold foam on my drink and I said don’t worry about it then and drove off. As I go to drink it, after one sip, my drink appeared to be halfway gone. They added so much ice to my drink that I felt cheated out of my money and time for even waiting on three sips of a drink. I also felt as if the barista was lying the entire transaction as one min she acknowledges that I ordered from their store when I first arrived to not having ordered from their store by the time I made it to the window. I’m not sure if they have secondary people filling in for the holiday weekend but I believe she needs more training. I truly love Starbucks and order this exact drink every week and know how it should be made. But this time was a terrible experience. Sorry but not sorry. Constructive criticism can...
Read moreI always come by before I go to work to get my cold brew coffee and my Spinach Feta Eggs white wrap extra toasted. That's not what happened today. They did not toast my wrap the right way. I asked from the beginning I wanted my wrap Extra toasted so as I got to the window and checked my wrap it was NOT extra toasted. So when I asked nicely to have it extra toasted they said No they could not do that. I was like What??!! And I left a tip too. I called to speak to a manager at 9:20am and a girl by the name of Kim told me that the manager was on break. She took my phone number and Hung up on me very rudely. So I called back at 9:55am spoke to Molly who was so Pleasant and knew who I was and told me that she would have the manager call me back and was on a break. I was like ok, how long is their break for??? But the manager end up calling me back and was Pleasant as well. She told me to come by to get a Spinach feta wrap the way I like it tomorrow. I hope this goes well. They just need to get rid of that assistant manager Kim cause she was rude as hell and the blonde who was at the drive thru wearing Glasses she knows who she is. Read moreI was on my way home tonight and thought I would stop by for a pup cup for my 4 legged companion. I pull up to the drive thru and asked for a pup cup. They asked if I wanted anything else and stated that the pup cup was the only thing I needed this time around. Drum roll..........Unfortunately they can't give me a pup cup unless I make another purchase. WHAT?!! I was taken aback for a second. I was actually waiting for the "oh I'm just kidding". Instead it was "I'm so sorry". Were they really going to be put out that bad by just giving me a pup cup? I know this may seem petty but it just blows me away. The other side of it is that they aren't even consistent about it. I have been there before for JUST a pup cup with no issues. I can't say that I won't go to Starbucks anymore because my wife won't allow it but I will DEFINITELY choose a different location to give...
