Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southbridge

I love Dunkin I used to work there given the poor treatment by other employees but the drinks are amazing. Today though I go to order a strawberry lemonade and I was given a medium with maybe a tsp of strawberry. I asked for my large and again the drink was too light. So I asked for a bit more strawberry. I know what a refresher is supposed to look like and how to make it. I wasnt rude I asked nicely. Believe me I've been verbally abused by customers a lot smile working for Dunkin the last thing I want to do is make this girl upset. The third time I asked it to be fixed she had the most uncaring attitude along with other employees looking in her direction and laughing between pauses. There was no "have a good day" no "I'm so sorry about that" and I've seen this girl work there for a couple months if not more. She didn't have her hair tied back up to food safety standards, bad attitude and incorrect order. I'm just appalled that she wasn't...

I ordered 3 eggs & cheese croissants sandwiches , 7 orders of hash browns, 1 medium dunkalatte iced coffee , and I picked assorted donuts , one lady came and removed 2 of the donuts I picked telling me oh this u can’t take , not from specialty donuts, im like that’s ok charge me for all regular price I didn’t ask for specially assorted donuts , and she never put back in the cotton candy specialty donut ,plus the white cheddar twisted bagel was hard like a rock nobody ate it . I got in 1 bag 7 hash browns & 1 bacon egg & cheese wrap the order I did right , but in the 2nd bag I got only 2 croissant egg & cheese, missing 1 from the 3 I ordered and get charged for , and it was very well done bread . I will never gonna go back there , rude people and not giving you what you order on top of that . I prefer to drive different...

So when I go here, The morning staff is amazing, they are quick nice and friendly, I usually get a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, and a Extra Large hot Tea milk and sugar on the side. Its very quick and painless and the service is friendly in the morning.

The afternoon staff however is why this is only 3 stars, when I get out of work, I always want another tea, with milk and sugar on the side, they are happy to give me sugar but no milk, the manager is rather curt about this, If they aren't willing to do what the morning crew is then why should you bother coming there. Look if it was just about consistency I would get it but there's nothing consistent about this.
