So yesterday evening I went to this McDonald's because they have the 2 for $5 deal, well it would be nice to see/ know what is the deal on the sandwiches on the ad board, so I asked the lady what choices are there for this deal, first she spoke to quickly with an accent so I had no idea what she said except for 10 piece nuggets. So I ordered two of them along with 2 orders of fries, one lrg drink, and 2 apple pies. Well I got to the pay window used my mcd app coupon $3 off $15 order, well after looking at the receipt to see why it's $18 and some cents the girl charged me for two nugget meals... When I clearly said the 2 for $5 deal, well nothing was done so I said I want a refund for my order of $15.05, guess what they refund me for $14.19 and I handed them their damn lrg drink back saying damn I should of just kept it seeing as they stole my damn dollar and giving some excuse that has nothing to do with my mcd app coupon. How this was handled was extremely horrible(by the manager, crew girl working in the 2nd window was friendly but this was out of her pay grade). And I had cars waiting behind me because some ppl have ONE job and that's clicking buttons into a touch screen computer.... Maybe robots really are the future for this, more intelligent to know how to enter...

I’ve been to many McDonald’s but never have I have I ever had such a bad experience like this one. Whoever “Angelica” is I don’t know who hired her but she shouldn’t be working in customer service she’s SO RUDE!! And I’m almost positive she’s some type of management because she was wearing that kind of shirt. How do you get my order wrong and when I come back for it with my mobile receipt, tell me that you can’t give me the items that you completely forgot to give me because I don’t have a receipt that you completely forgot to give me? The only reason she gave it to me because I said I’m not moving until I get it. Then I had ordered something else and handed her the money for it and then she literally tells me drive up & I asked for my change and she clearly said she’s not giving me my change that she will bring it out to me…. Like NO I I paid through the window. You can give me my change through the window. Then proceeded to take 10 mins to get me the 2 items they forgot. Read moreGuadalupe the manager is horrible. Went in for door dash waited 29 minutes, another dasher was there 40 and regular customer waited 45 minutes for a vanilla shake. There was also 5 other people in lobby waiting for orders. They would only take drive thru orders and completely ignored the people in lobby. If and when we were paid any attention to the night manager would only freak out in Spanish which I personally don’t understand. Swinging her arms around. Walked away and started throwing things around like a 4 year old. The Spanish door dasher said that she stated, she doesn’t care, she has no employees ( 7 plus her is 8) and she won’t rush for anyone. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman. She is horrible with no people skills and obviously can’t mutli task. Would love to speak to a GM but no contact information is ever allowed to be given.
