Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Southfield

Owner Rob is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I placed a call to order a calzone and additional toppings were almost $2 for a small. I went into the store and apparently, Rob had been brought up to speed with my dismay. He was ready with the worst attitude. Not to mention he was already on the phone arguing with someone. I tell him that I think it’s ridiculous for that price and he says he doesn’t make the prices, but I had already overheard him telling the person on the phone he was one of the owners. Long story short, he tells me there’s a Little Caesar’s up the road that I can always go to. I asked him for the other owner’s number and he writes a number to the office and slams it on the counter. “Here’s the number to the office.” I asked for the other owner... He then says, “Now, I’m not giving you anything!” Storms off yelling and screaming. I was gonna go back to talk with the other owner, but the way he carried on and the disrespect he showed... I will NEVER patronize this store again! Period! The fact that he’s comfortable acting like that towards customers shows that he doesn’t care about his business either way. Hopefully, the other owner will see this and talk to him because his has lost a long time customer. My family ordered from this place at least 5 times a month. I called to place an order for my elder parents when the guy (victor) answered the phone he ask for the number I provided my parents number he said that’s not the number have I said I’m calling for my parents and he said so the number he have is out of town I said yes I’m placing order for my parents and I’m live out of town he said any ways I’m getting on his nerves, I said excuse me I was providing you the number he said want the hell I want. I said oh no I want a manager he sit phone down but I can hear him saying Nicole some b on the phone and getting on my nerves I’m sitting on my other phone waiting on a manager who have yet to come to the phone. I will be contacting someone in corporate. This is horrible customer service and I did nothing but provide a number this young man obviously doesn’t want to be there or have mental issues. Let me set you up...... My boyfriend and I have had a long day...our first of the month shopping trip, been out all day and too tired to slave at the stove. Wanting and craving pizza we discuss who to buy from... Dominos, Pizza hut? No we decided on THIS wonderful place.

I made my order at 9.... 45 estimates time frames. I dont mind. I also know its the weekend, pizza crazy weekends always happen. But here comes 9:45 no delivery guy... as the clock rounds to 10:10 our beloved pies finally come. Paid the man, who obviously didnt realize i was paying in cash.
