Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Southfield

They make my drink perfect, the baristas are nice and they sell peanut butter cups for my side kick... this place is awesome

SO... I am updating my review to clear some things up. This is the Lawrence Tech. Location. It is open for students and staff during the day and is separate from the Southfield road location. Moreover, the staff here always goes above and beyond for me and my sidekick. I can not say I have had a more positive experience in any other local coffee shop. It is hard to find educated genuine staff that is respectful of people with disabilities. I always feel like a normal person when I'm here and the staff always manages to bring a smile to my face.

IF YOU ARE TAKING TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW AT LEAST MAKE SURE YOURE WRITING IT FOR THE RIGHT LOCATION

Thanks to the google community and the awesome staff at the 10mile LTU...

First I would like to say it’s some employees there that I like a lot and service me well and other times I feel like they don’t make the sandwiches correctly and act super petty with the portions..I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but keep being disappointed .... I’m not spending money on sloppy food and bad service..When they had their inspection this year I tip them $20 because i felt like the work crew had a ruff day of the news they received. In hopes to cheer up the crew. Trying to be nice.....And the management guy is joke like no hlep when reporting a problem just excuses....🙄I sent a message to corporate I won’t be at the at the Southfield rd...

I don’t know the last time they actually got my order right. I usually order an egg and cheddar and add plain cream cheese. 9/10 times they don’t add the cream cheese even though I get charged for it. Today however, they added bacon to my sandwich, and for context I don’t eat meat, so it is very frustrating to have to pull it off and hope that there aren’t pieces of bacon left over.
