Cottage Inn Pizza Southfield — Restaurant in Southfield

Update: Since corporate refused to intervene with my attempt at a refund I had to get my bank involved. They have now reversed the transaction and I received my money back. In addition I work in the Sports Entertainment industry and I sent out an email to a number of my fellow executives describing my experience. We all agreed will no longer use Cottage Inn for any future events.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM COTTAGE INN EVER! I've read all the negative reviews and I'm not surprised. My story is I ordered a pizza/ paid for delivery and they delivered it to the wrong address. When I called I was put on hold fir 15 mins and the manager relayed a message to his staff that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to him and he got on the phone. I asked his name and he hung up on me. I called back to tell him he had poor customer service to then have him yell at me on the phone. I laughed it off because he is one of those telephone tough guys. It was Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to contact corporate. They didn't call me back but I spoke with someone via Twitter. If what you are after is under done chicken wings with blood at the bone, brown lettuce in your salad, and pizzas that have come correctly as ordered four times in three years -- if that is what you are looking for from a pizza place -- than you have found the perfect place to put in your order. Thankfully for us another GF pizza delivery place has opened near by and we can say goodbye forever to the catastrophic waste of store frontage

Seriously go to the Hungry Howie's around the corner, the Little Caesars a mile or so down the road, or the Pizza Hut over on Telegraph, or pretty much any other nearby location that sells pizza - without exception any of these will get you a better experience than this train...

Pizza is always awesome at Cottage Inn Pizza. I always order from the Southfield location, an XL deep dish meat all specialty pizza added red onions, & banana peppers. Talk about scrumptious. I have no worries when I order pizza from any Cottage Inn in general but the Southfield location has gain my trust over the years. My Pizza is always made just the way I love it and they make it right. They attached a flyer to my pizza box and their other menu items looked delicious. Subs, Calzones, Salads, and much more.
