It was the worst experience ever. They had over 6 employees there half was trying to leave their shift. We ordered our food at the touch screen, and we had cash, so we had to also go to the register to pay. 2 of the employees looked at us several times, never came to the register, never told anyone we were waiting 5 minutes go by a girl finally said you need help I'm like yea we ordered just need to pay, she said okay I'll be over another 3 minutes go by she finally came over to take the money order was $14 something she like i don't have any change do you have it I'm like no all I have is a $20 she gave me back change but it wasn't right then she proceeded to take the money for the next order she said samething so she gave the girl some change and went to her wallet to get some change not sure if it was correct or not. So, back to waiting on our order, 10 minutes went by, and we still had no food. Meanwhile, while we are waiting, two of the employees tell the girl who I guess was the manager that they were leaving and she told them they couldn't leave because they didn't finish their work and she stopped doing whatever it was she was doing to stop and have conversations with the two employees and two of their friends waiting on the two employees who was trying to leave to get the okay so they could leave another 5 minutes go by of them talking and laughing and still no food. I'm patiently waiting thinking, okay, maybe I'm going to get fresh food, yea, right, wishful thinking. After 5 more minutes go by, they finally start bagging up our food, and she brings them over. I look in the bag. I'm like, you didn't put the sauce in for the nuggets that I asked for, she grabs the sauce then she brings my drink and my daughters food and I take the baby to the car so she can start on her food and my daughter is still waiting I go back inside and ask her what do she need she said her drink they still back there talking and not paying attention I said excuse me 4 times before she acknowledged me asked can she get her drink so we can leave she looks around for a minute then tell someone to make the drink another minute goes by before she got the drink smh I have never experienced this long of a wait time for a fast food restaurant, very unprofessional, the employees were very rude they wasn't pleasant, barely doing their job. Read moreI want to give a four star or even a five bc breakfast is pretty much always amazing at this location, but between the way the 2 lane drive thru is operated inefficiently and the poor attitude of the woman at the second window I’m inclined to down it to a three.
The Good: The hash browns are nearly always piping hot and golden brown crispy; a super big thumbs up bc this is a deal maker, while also being a point several other locations seem to struggle with. The coke is almost always well mixed and not running low on syrup which really just makes the meal all the better. While the breakfast sandwiches are hot and well made. The lady at the first window is quite pleasant and has good customer service skills.
The Bad: The two lane drive thru is a huge problem! First off it seems a struggle for the proper alternating order to be maintained which leads to the wrong next vehicle/customer being helped, leading to a frustrated customer as essentially the worker(s) taking orders has allowed one customer to cut in front of another customer in line. I had this happen to me at least twice this week; today somehow the worker allowed three vehicles to go ahead of me that should have been behind me. Additionally it seems difficult for the workers knowing who is taking orders, as it’s not uncommon to hear more than one worker when giving a single order; this could be part of the issue with why the proper alternating order is not maintained. Lastly, the lady at the second window handing out food needs to do something about her attitude. I understand that it’s not the most exciting job and perhaps she has things going on in her life that have her down or distracted; however, being a worker that deals with the public it should be obvious that some customer service skills be displayed. A simple half smile or responding to any of the lite conversation a customer extends would aid in giving a more pleasant experience; she might even find herself genuinely smiling. Instead this worker looks grim and detached, doesn’t respond to a single thing said to her, and ultimately comes across as inconsiderate, rude, and mean; if this is the way she works perhaps it would be best for her to take a position that doesn’t require any contact...

I order off the mobile app my daughter is there to get the food the manager tells her she would have to go home to get my phone because you have to be on the premises to order,How when the app says head there. So my daughter comes back to get my phone I tell her never mind I’ll just refund it. Well the app says for a refund you have to go to that location so u go to the location planning on just getting the food since I’m there anyway.
Get to the window give them my ticket number no ticket found (mind you I don’t stay that far away) so the lady tells me to come in, we’ll I came to the drive thru cause I didn’t want to get out. My puppy was with me. So she tells me to drive up. I give her the ticket number she says no ticket found repeatedly I give her my phone showing her the order she insists they haven’t received it long story short she was rude called her boss told him I was cursing the boss asked her why didn’t she just make the order if I’m showing her on the phone that it’s placed.. I wondered the same them but after a while I didn’t even want the food after arguing with who was supposed to be a manager and told the other customers on the speaker she had a outraged customer.
