Subway — Restaurant in Southfield

Very ignorant they do not utilize the shelf for pick up orders and instead of handing me the order she walks the order to the cash register at the end and placing it on the counter making me have to walk to the order then ignores me and I repeat myself and Says they don’t use the shelf because people steal and I said that doesn’t have anything to do with their job because if somebody happens to take the order they gonna say they can’t do nothing about it It’s up to the company to replace that order not Subway when I walked in they had no y so who is there to steal the order as she says it’s very annoying the shells were created to make pick up deliveries easier but these people want to take it upon himself to make up their own rules for stuff that affects them in no way because if somebody didn’t take the order she would say someone already took it and then go back to...

This is the best Subway location anyone can go to! I do not understand how there are any negative reviews for this particular Subway I come to this location all the time and I order online here relatively often. My order is always ready on time, I am always greeted with kindness and good vibes, my orders has never been wrong, and I am always in and out within 5 minutes even when there is a big line they manage to take care of everyone quickly and make sure we are satisfied with our order! This is actually the best Subway I've ever been to in my life. Obviously great management!! My sandwich is always fresh...

PA-THE-TIC Portions

I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. I just posted a video about my displeasure towards subway. I'm done with the franchise as a whole now. I ordered a 7.50 Steak club and got the barest portions and their reasoning was because it has steak turkey and bacon we get so little. The steak was scooped and actually emptied a bit ON A FOOTLONG so it's skim. Turkey 4 slices and Bacon. 1 and a half strips I can provide video and pictures of this Pathetic display of a sub and regardless of the response will never eat at a subway...
