White Castle — Restaurant in Southfield

Really White castle it's dinner time and I decided not too cook and buy the 1921 sliders on 5/6/22 unfortunately at this location manger obviousy forgot to managed your employees team effort all the employees shedule too work this shift whom are supposed too be preparing the promotion of the 1921 sliders it's 5pm rush hour. Hamburgers/ entire menu's should be ready too prepare upon customers orders as specified ongiong basis plus the New Promotional Advertisement. But this location is serving pre- made 1921 sliders burger's like hockey pocks pieces of carmelized onions, tomatoes, pickles inside box not on sandwiches I don't eat anything not properly prepared and cold which is not fit for human consumption. It's shameful especially at rush hour on Friday when most families want the White castle promotional 1921 sliders as advertised on commercials. managerial duties is soley your responsibility too have team work ready too make this hour and every hour on any day of the week , productive servicing all the customers the 1921 sliders and regular menu items with food ingredients ready too prepare upon all customers orders requested. This Telegraph Southfield location failed miserably. I'll pass this along on the white castle survey . I'll never return too this...

HOW IS IT THAT 6 CARS CAN BE AHEAD OF YOU, EACH VEHICLE IS OBVIOUSLY PLACING ORDERS , IN WHICH CASE FOOD ORDERS THAT ARE BEING PLACED I WOULD LIKE TO THINK THE GRIDDLE IS HOTT🔥🔥🔥 FOOD IS BEING PREPARED MADE TO ORDER FRIES 🍟 INCLUDED!!!

I'M THE LAST VEHICLE IN LINE , AND WHEN I GET TO THE WINDOW, I STILL ASKED THE YOUNG MAN, "WAS MY ORDER HOTT" HIS RESPONSE, "YES, OF COURSE" ONLY TO GET MY. ORDER AND I USUALLY CHECK BEFORE I DRIVE OFF, BUT IT WAS LATE AND HE SEEMED CONVINCING! ONLY TO HAVE RECEIVED ROOM TEMP FRIES THAT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN OLD! THE DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS WERE A LIL WARM!

AND THESE FAST FOOD WORKERS WANT BETTER PAY... LIKE RESTAURANT WORKERS, YET YOU CAN'T EVEN PREPARE A CUSTOMERS MEAL "MADE TO ORDER!

WHAT DO YOU FAST FOOD WORKERS FORGET THAT YOU TOO ARE CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU GO OUT AND ORDER AT ESTABLISHMENTS... DO YOU LIKE YOUR MEAL TOO BE COLD & STALE???

DO YOU LIKE TO WAIT IN LONG LINES ONLY TO RECEIVE BELOW PAR FOOD AND A LYING COOK/HOST/ CASHIER???

I WOULDN'T CARE FAST FOOD CHAIN OR A SIT DOWN RESTAURANTS.. I STILL WANT MY MEAL TO BE MADE TO ORDER AND THE WAY I REQUESTED!

This particular store does not value their customers nor their business. A friend of mine ordered 30 Chicken sandwiches with Cheddar Cheese for $77+ dollars. My friend had only received 22 sandwiches in the case. I called up to the store yesterday to be told by the shift manager to call back today. I called back and the manager on duty first told me that an investigation had to be done. Are you freaking kidding me, an investigation. After I had expressed how ridiculous that sounded, he said he had to call the manager that worked that night. Keep in mind, I told him that we were not seeking a cash refund. All we wanted was a store credit for the 8 sandwiches. He told me that he still needed to call that manager. He took my number, called the manager and then called me back. He informed me that the manager on duty that night said he did receive 30 sandwiches. She out right lied. I can't believe that she would risk a bad review and call to corporate over 8 sandwiches that cost $20....
