Ordering food inside at a fast-food restaurant should not be a complicated process, especially at nearly 2 p.m. When I walked in, there were only a few customers and they already had their food so I was the only one at the counter, staff included. After standing there for nearly 5 minutes, the person working the drive-thru finally noticed me then asked, very quietly, if I'd already ordered. I stated I had not. She told me I had to use the kiosks behind me to order. Why the bloody heck are there two registers at the counter if they aren't going to be used? So I took two steps to the kiosks, placed my order - which requires electronic or plastic payments only (so much for paying with cash) - and turned around and waited for my name to be called. At least they got my order correct.

So slow every time, but they outdid themselves today. I ordered the new street chalupas through a mobile order and waited 10 minutes at the window. I was the only car in the drive-through also. I’d understand if they were out of steak, I would have taken chicken. But this is unacceptable 😭 not even close to a scoop of steak on either of them, like 4 tiny chunks. I paid $6 for bread basically. Not to mention there is supposed to be cilantro on there. I’ve given this location multiple chances but every single time there is an issue, never again.

Terrible corporate you guy owe me as a customer that's no way to do business

These days, depending on where you're geographically located, trying to grab a quick bite at a fast food place can be quite the chore. I honestly thought that it was just the pandemic that had left it's mark on the fast food industry, but now that people are back to work and things have opened up, I'm still finding that a myriad of fast food places out there are nothing short of a nightmare to try and get a meal at.

Luckily for all of you, this particular Taco Bell is not one of those nightmare locations that I am taking about. Though this location does have a few things working against it, getting a quick, hot, and delicious meal is not one of them.

I should also mention that I have only use the drive thru here, so I cannot speak on how things are, or how they're run if you're planning to dine in here.

If you're familiar with the area that this Taco Bell is in, then you already know how incredibly busy it is. Couple that with a weird corner lot, and a strange layout that is crammed into a very small area, and you have what could make for quite the headache when it comes to getting in and out of here. The drive thru itself is set up strangely, and the parking lot is very cramped, with little wiggle room to work with. If it happened to be common dining time (like lunch or dinner), this whole setup could become a nightmare rather quickly.

Beyond that, if you find yourself here during a down time like I did, then you can plan on having it be a pretty painless in and out sort of situation. When all is said and done, the employees here are friendly, efficient, and my order appeared to have been freshly made, was hot, and contained exactly what I ordered. This is pretty much all I really ask for when it comes visiting a fast food drive...

Talk about an unprofessional setting! We walked in. There was a sign on door that said "NO DRINKS". A woman was cleaning tables in the dining area. We asked if we could get iced tea, since the issue was CO2 tanks. She said, "I don't know. I guess I could ask", but never made a move to go ask anyone. We ordered via the kiosk and listened to the LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, CUSSING banter between employees in the back. The lady who was there waiting before us, finally said to cancel her order and left. The people that came in after us decided to leave since it was taking so long. They were NOT even busy - there wasn't a single car in the drive thru. We waited since we had already paid via credit card. Got our food and left. We got back to work to find our cantina bowls were a sloppy mess. $10 each, you'd think they could take a little care, but that would take away from their chatting time. We could see a person sitting in an office with the door open. Guessing it was the manager who either doesn't care or has no control over their employees to allow the obnoxious behavior to go on, especially with customers within earshot.

Avoid this Taco Bell! We went because it's convenient to work, but will drive out of our way next time. Not like they'll care. They are quite oblivious to the notion of...

I went to Taco Bell(the one on telegraph, and 9 mile across from White Castle, )on October 13 at approximately 11:50 PM. I order two tacos and forgot to add extra cheese. I asked them at the window. They said they don’t do add-ons at the window I said do you want me to drive around and redo the order and they said no, we already made it, I understand they already made it but I’m not going to pay for something when I forgot to add cheese… The nice lady at the window said, let me check and see if they made it. She came back and told me that whoever made it said that they made it already and if I did not want it, I could pull off. I said that is very rude and I will absolutely pull off. First of all, who are you talking to child and second of all would you have died if you added extra cheese or if I pulled around and redid the order. They are very unprofessional and Whoever that is that told me I could pull off needs to learn some customer service because that is ridiculous and embarrassing to them. I will never go there again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never go there again. They could’ve even offered to put cheese on the side, Taco Bell needs to be more mindful of the children...
