Taco Bell — Restaurant in Southgate

Went to eat here with my brother and when entering no one was at the counter then manager peaked her head around the corner and said we will be right with you so eight minutes later we ordered our food when ordering food my brother ordered a seven ar box meal. He asked for no tomatoes because he is allergic and the girl said there is no tomatoes in it. The girl walked away after he was done ordering and I stated I didnt order to my brother and said it a fa in out loud then girl still didnt come back so I said it one more time. Then girl then came back to the counter and said what can I get you with a major attitude. When recieving out food he checked his food and there was tomatoes on his chalupa. He took it back to the counter and told the girl I asked for minus tomatoes and she said okay I'm sorry we will fix it and instead of re making it she went in the back kitchen and talked with her co workers. I was like is this a joke she knows we can see her talking in the back is she going to re make your food or just talk??? We were at the counter and waiting for her to come back and re make his chalupa... When she finally came back to re make it four minutes later we started to eat our food. The chips from the nacho and cheese tasted like poison and smelt like bad oil. I told my brother this is no way I can eat these. From when we got an attitude from the counter I didnt want to tell them because I really didnt want them to go in the back and talk before making it again or even giving another attitude. So I did not eat them. I threw then away. Everyone who came in after us and ordered they staff told them have a great day we didn't even get a great day when we didnt even get that we just received our food on the counter and wasnt handed to us like the other got. I asked my brother do you want some cinnamon twist he stated no so I ordered some for my self once again when receiving them the whole bag smelt disgusting like bad oil. I tasted one and I about threw up it tasted like poison. THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD EAT THEM SO I THREW THEM...

Ordered a combo and a bowl. “New employee” didn’t ring me up for a combo- (I was informed when I tried to correct what I was handed) fine. But my grilled cheese burrito was the size of a taco- and wrapped in a cantina burrito wrapper- so I asssumed it was wrong and asked. The woman at the window told me that my order was right and when I said that I REALLY don’t think it was because it was so small and the packaging was different- she just walked away, and another woman who I would assume is the manager- Jessica appeared. She did not try to resolve the situation, she just simply argued with me and when i kept saying “nope, this cannot possibly be correct”, and opened the burrito and showed her that there were 6 teeny tiny pieces of beef and that was unacceptable, she just kept arguing. I literally said “I’m trying to be as polite about this as possible but this isn’t a $7 burrito.” She looked back at me with a smug look on her face and said “well you’re not being very polite.” She never once offered to remake it properly, just stood by it being made correctly, and eventually gave a refund (the burrito was 6.99 but she gave me $7 which I thought was quite funny because I had emphasized that it was a “seven dollar burrito”) This woman should not be in...

If I can give no stars I would’ve today is 5-1-24 I went thur drive thru 11:45 am the employee that took my order was having a bad morning off hand I didn’t say anything when I approached the window and gave her my money she snatched the money out my hand and I was finna ask her for a cup of ice water she stated next time order that back there and blow her mouth up and shocked her head not only you was rude from start you snatched my money and then blow your cheeks up like I was the main problem so I politely pulled off and went inside to ask for a manager and to get a refund because of the rudeness I encountered the manager never not once apologize or confirmed the issue so the nasty attitude employee is very high rated And is still talking stuff to me so I asked her what was the problem what did I do to you and she got to saying unprofessional words and the whole time the Manager is there not once told her to leave or to get off line !!!
