Mariah's Cookies — Restaurant in Southlake

Edit: After putting them in the oven for a little over a minute, they were just okay. The truth is though, if I'm paying this kind of money for these I expect fresh warm gooey cookies. Not a sticker on the bag telling me they need to be warmed up. Otherwise I could go to the store and bake cookies myself and they would be fresh and better quality. I still stand by my 1 star.

Before: I'm not sure how long this place has been open, but I have never been more certain that a business will close down. The cookies were not fresh and half were burnt who knows how long ago. More stale than Mariah...

They showed up late, dry, old and hard. Prepackaged cookies are better. I have a feeling these are not just days, but weeks old. To top it off, they didn't even send any of the cookies we ordered. If I could give a negative...

They need to hire someone who knows how to read or adjust their options on the food apps. They claim you can build your own box but in reality they give you everything you didn’t order....
