McDonald's — Restaurant in Southside

I usually don't do food reviews but I want to take the time and Shout out this great McDonald's restaurant. Now I'm not a huge McDonald's fan from the few bad experiences I've had across the country but this specific location did a great job for me. Just got done with a long shift at my job Publix and wanted to get a McRib as they were back. I did a mobile order and came to the window and the manager greeted me with a smile said the order will be right out because they've been having a lot of McRib orders and apologize for the inconvenience which it was not a long wait but I still appreciate the thought and the gesture of her going out of her way to greet the customer and apologize for a minor inconvenience. As someone who deals with the public and works in retail I highly respect that and wanted to give this manager and her employees a shout-out for doing such a great job preparing the food and giving me Premiere customer service. Stopped here and order the only two items I eat from any McDonald's. Two apple pies and accepted the offer of free fries. Placed the order on the app and parked in slot 3 (LIKE ALAWAYS) and waited for 15 minutes. Went inside and asked about my order and was told app orders come through the drive through. The manager was informed that I parked in slot 3 and waited and no one delivered my order. She then informed I never placed the order; because, the order was not on her screen. I showed her where the order showed pending on my bank statement, but I had not received the actual order. She then informed me if it came through I had to get the order. Seeing the circles I was going in with the manager; I decided to end the conversation and just place the order again. Which I received. I unknowingly did a good deed on behalf of McDonald's...

The WORST McDonald’s I have EVER been to, the lady manager is SO RUDE! I had ordered 2 medium fries and they were COLD like super cold so I said can I please have fresh fries and the guy at the window literally argued with me about it so I tried to hand them back to him so he can see for himself and he refused to grab them. The guy then told me to pull forward to wait on the fries to come out, a bunch of cars were pulling up and leaving with their bags of food and at this point we have been waiting for 15 min for our 2 medium fries, I get out to go in and ask them where my fries were and the lady manager was SO rude and was talking rudely about me to other employees and purposely “forgot about me” because she was frustrated that I was “complaining about some fries” TERRIBLE...
