China King Greensburg — Restaurant in Southwest Greensburg

Wish we knew this was take out only when we got here. I went here 100% for the high reviews but was sadly mistaken once we got our sushi roll order...the tuna in 1 of the rolls was weird looking and could smell seafood, which shouldn't happen with fresh good sushi fish. I got it for me and our young daughter and didn't let her even have any after I saw some of the tuna was not fresh looking or smelling. It was almost gray and had a few small pieces in the roll, which is not good. Salmon roll was OK but also did not taste fresh and I was grossed out after seeing the tuna that I couldn't eat any more. Got wonton soup, and it was good but very generic, it's likely all the same pre packaged soup as any other standard Chinese...

China King is one of the Greensburg, Pennsylvania's best known secrets located off of busy old 119 in South Greensburg. Their quality and attention to detail have made this Mom and Pop resaurant a favorite of regulars such as I whom know if I want good take out Chinese food, this is the place to go. Also offering a full service sit in restauant, if you wish to dine in, you may. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are generous. They also have a fresh Sushi bar which they will make any one of the house rolls or a combination of rolls for you. The Idako is one of my personal favorites, although technically not shushi in of itself. If you like appitizers and you like octipus, try these baby marinated octipus'...

My husband and I were loyal customers, we would try other places but always came back to China King. No other Chinese food in the area compares! They have great food, including their fresh sushi! Wonderful service as the owners are so kind. Very clean environment. I always tipped high even just for carryout. When I had a bad cold there hot and sour soup or wonton soup was the only thing I wanted. I always ordered the kung pao chicken and pork lo mein, we used to live right down the street. We sold our home and moved out of state, for my husbands job. I truly appreciate the kindness and great service these people have shown me over the years. This will be one of my first food stops when I come...
