If it were possible, I would actually give the taste of my food and the service I received a negative score šš»šš». I ordered the fully loaded baked potato on 5/23/2024. The picture shows what you would imagine for a baked potato to have: bit shouldāve included crumbled bacon, bits, cheese, butter, and chives. The staff member was friendly, and I took my order home. Then I discovered that someone had thrown different ingredients in there, not bothering to communicate with me that they may have been out of the correct ingredients they didnāt care they just put whatever they wanted to together And gave me this mess instead. I received what could be perceived as an equivalent to a Philly cheese steak-style baked potato. Not even as good as it sounds, and not at all what the photo showed. They use a cheap, flavorless thinly sliced cut of beef, green bell peppers, and lots of cheese. Even the sour cream packet they gave me was hot, and it literally exploded actually when I tried to open it. It was a disgusting mess. This was the first time I have ever been in this restaurant and unfortunately, it will definitely be the last time. We Love 5 min from restaurant. Opened container of onion rings SOGGY! I WAS PISSED. After we ate couple of hours pass by I call back to let him know I had my receipt I wanted a refund because the onion rings were SOGGY. I let my husband go in and let them know I had just called. They told him we could get a store credit because we had just after 2 hours just ate our food from 2:40 pm. I had to literally go in myself and tell him I want a refund I spent $51 we did not just eat. We ate 5 min after we got our food order earlier. The onion rings were SOGGY.
