Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Sparks

Okay so frustrating experience the other night here. They have scoops for $1.70 on the 31st. They also have free waffle cone if you order 2 scoops or more. We confirmed before ordering that we could get both and were told, even at the register that it ended up being about $.10 because of how their system worked.

My 9yr old told me to check the recipe because it didn't add up and I did to find out that they charged me full price for the waffle cone. I brought it to their attention only to be told there was nothing they could do. I told them that wasn't good enought and eventually got the attention of the manager and she said she couldn't do anything because it's what they're system was. No apology, just gave us some free scoops after she sensed my frustration.

Sorry goes a long way and I didn't get anything of the sort. It wasn't about the money, it was about them telling me something and not being able to stand behind it. After reading the small print it turns out both offers can't be combined which is fine, just wish we would have known before we bought 8 double scoops.... I think we'll go to elsewhere and pay more next time. Anyways,...

We were just at Baskin Robbins at Winfield Springs on Saturday, September 7th around 6:50 pm and were appalled by the behavior of a young lady whom we did not get a name for but her whole staff will know her clearly and understand what incident this involves. She blatantly decided to use some colorful, derogatory, and weight shaming language loud enough for customers to hear about a lady who was with a family that seemed to have upset her. Her chosen words were so uncomfortable that you can tell her own staff was embarrassed about her comments. The funny thing about her complaint was that the issue she felt she was having with this unfortunate family was related to how poorly they were running their system in that store. Everyone one else on that team was great and professional but unfortunately we will not be coming back to this store as well as probably every customer in there...

When this BR first arrived, our community was so happy. It was a pleasant friendly environment. Customer service outstanding! Not so much anymore. I go in often which I no longer will. The other day I went in and ordered 2 scoops. As my server was reaching down for my 2nd scoop, her long hair kept brushing over the scoop already in the cup. When I advised her of that and told her I didn't want that scoop due to her hair brushing over it, I got a dirty look, no apology. I went in days later and basically got ignored. I kindly asked for assistance and the older man said "sorry, I didn't see you."
