Guys! Guys! Guys! Let me scream from the rooftops, this is the BEST Mexican restaurant! There are actually 3 in the area and we have been to all of them. The consistency of the amazingness is outstanding, truly! As a Latina that has lived on the best and most authentic Hispanic food from both sides of my family, it’s hard to love restaurants. For starters, I’m addicted with the happy hour well margaritas. I’m no connoisseur, but I’d like to think I know good and not so great tequila. Let me tell ya, the well margaritas are THE RAGE just as much as the others. Hubby and I have a thing for the Cadillac margs! Now, I’m no a fan of blended margs, but one of the bartenders suggested a mango and I loved every sip! Also, you can’t go wrong with the loaded michelada, trust me, they’re incredible. Note: Their happy hour at all three locations is EVERY👏🏼 DAY👏🏼 from 3-6!! What?! Okay so the staff of course are rad, I absolutely love that they treat you just like family. Super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu/ingredients and extra things on hand. The one in Sparks (recently) is pretty well staffed. Even in the down time, if the traffic picks up, you’re still served quick and your cup is always full. Okay, now… THE FOOOD!! Can’t go wrong, like, with anything! It’s all so good and I have a few favorites to share. The mole is juuust to die for, I may or may not love it more than my grandmas! Shhh, don’t tell her! The chili rellenos are incredible, enchiladas, rice and beans are always to perfection. My hubby and I love to come in with our appetites and share either the fajitas (chicken, carne asada and Shrimp) or if we are feeling extra, the molcajete bowl is unbelievable!! Tip: get the corn and flour tortillas. Yum! WARNING: I’m not responsible if you find yourselves here a couple of times a week, they’re THAT good! To the crew, keep up the amazing work here. To the...
Read moreFamily and I have eaten there many times, their food is very good, this review is about their service and a missed opportunity..... picked up our food, a couple things were not like they had been ordered(everytime) burrito that is always ordered dry, came smothered in sauce, no tortillas with two of the dinners (fajita's) kind of loses the impact to have fajita's with no tortillas... and sauces were missing....they gave us 2 sour cream and 1 avocado and an empty container which I can only assume was for the salsa we didn't receive....not a huge deal but when I called them after getting home just to let them know someone in the kitchen was not at their best....the girl that proclaimed herself manager wanted to argue the point....reading the order that was taken...and even wanted to argue the lack of tortillas.... I said I think you are taking the wrong approach, I am staring at the order which is not 3 feet away from me right now and they are not in there, I interrupted her a second time and said I am not asking for a refund and do not want to drive back to receive the missing items(her suggestion) I was just telling you this is the first time this has ever happened and you may want to know that someone needs a bit more training or is distracted....as a business owner, I would think that would be helpful....she said thanx and hung-up.....maybe they were just...
