Read moreOn 09/29/2023 I ordered myself a Starbucks drink and asked the window employee working the evening shift (Alexis) for a pupcup for my toddler. I get one every day and also don't mind to pay for one so he doesn't get any coffee. She told me no that she wouldn't give me any unless she saw a dog. I tried explaining to her that I do this daily and she closed the window on me before I could even finish what I was saying. I did ask again if I could just get a pupcup. She sat back at the counter laughing, then finally got a small pupcup and put the smallest amount possible in the cup. Maybe 1/3rd cup full of the pupcups then rudely handed it to me and also tried not to tell me her name.
When I asked her name, she said, "It's on my name tag." But it was wiped off. She told me her name was Alexis - She has blonde hair and is on the younger side. She was working the window. This may not even be the correct name, but cameras could be pulled.

Stood there for a bit and still not ready. Asked if they were getting it ready and they stated oh sorry our mobile order labels ran out so we haven't gotten any. Why didn't you tell me that when I first walked in to the mobile pickup line instead of making me wait and ultimately be late to work? They should always keep an eye on those labels. Then today I go and order a Venti Peppermint White Mocha through the drive through. As I was driving away I thought this feels awful light and boy was it! Cup only about 3/4 full. I didn't pay almost 6 bucks for a venti to get a Grande in a Venti cup. Here is a picture and I had not taken any drink from it. They are usually really great here, and very friendly.
