My Favorite Muffin — Restaurant in Sparks

Wanted an everything bagel today and stopped in My Favorite Muffin. I gotta say, I'll definitely be back! They not only had plenty of everything bagels but quite a selection of bagels for everyone's taste. They also have bagel sammies, smoothies and of course muffins. I was surprised by the variety of muffins (they all looked delicious). The bagel was perfectly made with lots of flavor. The workers are all super kind and sweet. The woman who made my bagels (one was with cream cheese and another with butter and jelly) was thoughtful enough to serve me mine (butter and jelly) in a to go box open faced so my jelly didn't mush around and make more of a mess. I have come to this place for some time and I keep thinking, this time they will get it right. For the last 5 times that I have shown up, I get my order given to others, and wait for my food to be remade or it's made well after others' orders that showed up after me. Today was the last straw. The same thing happened. The lady that placed her order after me got her drink before mine (that was after I had asked the young lady behind the counter to make my drink while I was waiting in line) and as she got her food well before mine while mine took forever (American Sunrise on a plain bagel) simple order. I always left a $5.00 tip no matter what, all in hopes of getting better service. Thank you but your place is not worth it to me anymore. You will not get my weekly dollar. Poor service and attitude. I see that some others shared a similar experience. I had my order given to another customer as well. I thought maybe I just wasn't a cool regular customer who got to stand with one foot in the kitchen to wait for his food. Another worker quickly noticed the inept worker's mistake and took the bag back from let's call him "Steve" before he could open it and gave it to me.

It's sad really, I wouldn't call myself a regular customer but I would drive the 20 minutes to get a good bagel every now and again. Now I can't go back because I felt disrespected. Well, they still have "Steve" to stand in the kitchen and grab other...
