But what really matters is the food — and wow, it delivers.
Jessica ordered her go-to red pumpkin curry — and we both agreed: it was one of the BEST we’ve ever had anywhere. Creamy, rich, perfectly spiced — absolutely unforgettable.

I had the spicy basil rice with a mix of chicken and beef — and asked for it nuclear hot. Let me tell you, the chef did not hold back. Fresh-cut Thai chilies brought the heat and the flavor — spicy lovers, this one’s for you.

We started with the pot stickers — crispy, golden, and paired with a sweet-sour dipping sauce. Straight fire.

And then there’s the service. Nat, our server, was impeccable. Friendly, fast, attentive — and knew returning customers by name. She was running the whole room with grace and a genuine smile. It’s that kind of hospitality that makes a meal memorable.

Read moreSecond time I've been here. I've ordered the curry, mango w sticky rice, pad thai and original thai noodle soup. In my honest opinion, I felt like some dishes were a hit or miss. The curry can definitely use more vegetables in it (carrots, potatoes and onions), but the flavor of the curry itself was good. Mango sticky rice was fairly good and sweetened. I always order pad thai in thai restaurants (favorite dish), so I was expecting more. The ingredients were there, but the noodles were dry overall because there was not enough sauce or oil in it. I've always felt like pad thai should have a good balance of this because it's a noodle dish, but unfortunately both times, it was dry. I'm assuming that's how they make it here. The thai noodle soup tasted a bit bland to me. What's most important is the broth in this particular dish. It didn't have much flavor to it and I ordered chicken w it. The noodles were cooked well along w the steamed bean sprouts. What would've made it better is a side of cilantro, herbs and a wedge of lime (maybe just a personal preference of mine). Please take my opinion w a grain of salt. I like to support local family businesses as much as I can and especially my southeast Asian community. And I grew up eating these dishes at home and other restaurants. These main dishes ran about $12 each. The mango sticky rice was $6, so it's affordable. I would go back for the dishes that I know were good. I would probably try their fried rice...

She tried other Thai restaurants around the area and in Reno just as I did and this is absolutely the best ! Today I had my fave basil lunch special, chicken larb, plus mini tom yum chicken soup and chicken satay. All YUMMY !
If you haven't tried them come taste for yourself; you won't be disappointed ! Great service by TJ and serve & cook Jen!
2/2025 Another great lunch … red curry chicken and garlic pepper pork lunch specials. Plus Tom Yum noodle soup (Pho) with pork. Service always fast and good. Today was a little busier than normal which is good for business; still enjoyable and quiet. I always get concerned when mom and pop restuarants are quiet (I get it times are tough nowadays) but happy business...
