Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sparta

Worse pizza ever ordered. I ordered two large Supremes with extra cheese and one with out mushrooms. And an order of cheese bread. The entire order was cold. I mean like it has been sitting out for an hour or more cold.plus not one of the pizzas were a supreme and they wer bit loaded down with mushrooms. Called back and they said they would replace only one of the pizzas since we had already left the store. So I took one of them back,told the manager about the entire order and how cold and messed up it was. He said sorry and have me a pepperoni pizza with hamburger and a little bell pepper on it and said it was a supreme. I didn't feel like fighting over it so I left. But I will say this,I will NEVER order anything from little caesars again....from now on I will go to Papa John's...

I ordered a four in one without the jalapeño on it. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes so just to be sure I waited 20 minutes. I go in to get it and they have misplaced it. No one can find it. And the guy at the counter said it would be 5 minutes to get a new one I asked for my money back and to talk to the manager and told him what was going on. He offered me a cheesy bread and a pizza for the inconvenience. I just asked for my money back and he put it back on my card. I wanna know how you misplace someone’s food. Ordered my pizza thru app specifically to have a hot fresh lunch. Less than a mile from location and my food was just oven warm. Cheese was not gooey and grease was already absorbed into the box. When I got back to the office, I checked my app, it said: ordered at 1:22, ready for pick up by 1:26 FASTEST COOKING TIME EVER: 3 min On the box it said taken at 1:36

How is that possible when It took me 2 min to drive there, ordered on the way and I pulled back into my office by 1:35???
