Mountain Sno & Salads to Go — Restaurant in Sparta

So happy to have stumbled across this place! Was passing through town and stopped in for a salad & sno cone. The salad bar was fresh, clean, and looked like everything had just been prepared. The chicken salad was especially delicious. Loved the variety of crunchy toppings, too. Would love to see them offer house-made dressings but that’s a lot of work and prep, so I totally get the convenience of using Ken’s packets. Still delicious!

I absolutely love this place. So glad we finally stopped in. The owner is extremely nice and helpful and so is the rest of the staff. The salad bar is always fresh with lots of healthy and delicious choices. They have a taco bar or potato bar, I believe. Also the mountain snow isn't just a snow cone.
