I'm not sure how to begin this, not counting it took awhile for them to even take order and within 5 mins my food was being delivered not to mention it wasnt all thay hot either.... .A few nights ago I was eating in my car, got to the last couple of bites and boom theres a hair(BLACK HAIR) remind you I DONT HAVE BLACK HAIR!!! So I press the button and ask for a manager. This guy walks to my car, more or less laughs and tells me it's my hair it was 10 inches long! NO DUDE IT WASNT MY HAIR! Instead of him fixing the situation, (HE STILL LAUGHING) he drops this hair, (STILL LAUGHING) he still says it was my hair cause its 10in long and they dont have anyone with long hair cooking! Well I dgaf long short round or square THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY BURGER, PERIOD!! When I say a hair it was in the meat between the bread and with all the fixings!!! I pressed the button to tell them and I get laughed at!!! SONIC YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE RUNNING YOUR CHAIN TO ACT LIKE A MANAGER, IF THATS WHAT HE WAS!!! Read moreI went there the other day. The music was so loud I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. So I know she could barely hear me too. I ordered my food and I didn’t notice at the time she had typed it in wrong and at that point I already paid so I pushed the button and told her what was wrong so she changed it and tried to charge me more. So I asked to speak to the manager he came out there. I told him what was going on and that the music was too loud so I’m not surprised she got the order wrong. And I told him I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something when I ordered it right and she put it in wrong so I told him I would like my money back and proof that they put it back on my card and I told him I would just go somewhere else. maybe if the music wasn’t blaring, she may be able to hear my order correctly or she may have not been paying attention either way it’s not my fault I corrected her when I noticed it was wrong. One day they handed me the wrong order and before I realized I nicely asked for extra sauce since they were at my car and the employee was so rude and commented sarcastically that it wasnt on my ticket so next time I should make sure to order it. (Which I had in the app) funny enough - it was on the ticket when I received the correct order after receiving someone else's order 3 different times. Not saying all employees are bad because there were a few that were nice but the ones that were rude were always rude and you could tell how much they hated their job.
