Arby's — Restaurant in Spirit Lake

Went through the drive thru and ordered a roast beef sandwich and could tell immediately before even opening the wrapper it was in that it was cold. I opened it to see and the meat itself was very cold. So I went back through and politely told them and they offered me a new one. They said this one was going to be very hot so to be careful, which it was very hot. But, after opening my sandwich I had found an AIRPOD in my sandwich. I went back through for the 3rd time and asked if one of their employees was missing an AirPod and they responded “possibly” and that they were sorry about that. Never offered me another sandwich after having an AirPod with someone else’s ear wax in my sandwich. I didn’t even want a new one because I was so disgusting at this point. Definitely...

I’m not one to want to write a bad review but it just sucks when fast food cost $40 for 3 small meals.. one of which is 3 small chicken strips and a medium fry. The most disappointing thing is the fries were all cold and tasted like they’ve been sitting out for hours and our drinks are no joke filled to the lid with ice. To top it off, every time we go there and they ask “anything else” and you reply with a “yes, there are 2 more meals”.. you get a loud sigh and their voices are obviously annoyed afterwards making you feel bad to even order.
